Enjoy this three bed/three bath oceanfront condo in Crescent Shores with fresh new updates throughout. New laminate wood floors, fresh paint & new livingroom furniture (2024)! Comfortable family room provides multi-seating for the best views of the ocean or 50" smart flat screen. Step out onto the 13th floor balcony, spanning 26 feet, for stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy dining from the balcony or around the family dining table. Inside there's seating for 6 & 3-seat breakfast bar offers plenty of room for your group to eat together.
The fully appointed kitchen features refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water, self cleaning oven with radiant cook top, built in microwave and dishwasher. Well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, & essential preparation utensils plus small appliances like toaster, blender, hand mixer, both Keurig & regular coffee makers. Extras include smoothie maker, large George Foreman Grill, pizza maker, snow cone maker, crock pots & an abundance of serving dishes.

The oceanfront main bedroom offers a king-size bed, nightstands & flat screen TV. A walk-in closet leads to the main bath with granite counters and double sinks. Separate glass shower enclosure with jetted whirlpool tub, awaits you. 2nd bedroom offers 2 queen beds and en-suite bathroom. 3rd bedroom is also 2 queen beds and shares the hall bath. Bedrooms include ceiling fans and flat screen ROKU TVs. Free wireless internet access is available in the unit.

Crescent Shores offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal cooking grills, indoor pool, outdoor showers & a fitness area. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED. A parking garage offers free covered parking. On site security is also provided. Some beach supplies are included, but additional beach items (umbrellas & chairs) are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Watersport rentals are available on the beach. Next door, Molly Darcy’s is an oceanfront sports pub with indoor and outdoor seating. Within walking distance are a beachwear store, convenience store & an ice cream & hotdog grill, plus mini-golf.

Barefoot Landing is only 3 miles away & along the Intracoastal Waterway in a beautiful nature setting with fun & excitement of shopping, dining, entertainment & special events for the family. Tour & relax at Duplin Winery. Weekly fireworks displays & Alligator Adventure will thrill kids of all ages with alligator feedings, reptile shows, & 11 acres of wildlife. Alabama Theater offers live theater productions (seasonal shows) while House of Blues offers great concerts. The Carolina Opry & Pirates Voyage both have great family shows. The marina offers boat and jet-ski rentals, charter tours & dinner boat cruises.

Perfect Family Location

Property was perfect for our family. The outside closet with beach chairs, wave boards and sand tools for our grandsons made it nice not to have to go buy these items we are grateful to the property owners for allowing us to use them. The pool and lazy river was clean and well used by our grandsons. The beach was awesome!!

VRBO REVIEW FROM GUEST: Second time in this condo! Still Impressed! Last year we stayed for two weeks, this year all of April. Wonderful place, the balcony is huge, the views are spectacular, high enough so no noise from the pool below, only the incredible sound of the surf each day. I can't think of anything missing in the kitchen, every imaginable gadget is there. Condo was very clean, updated, master bed very comfortable. Bathroom all very nice, living room includes books and a good selection of DVD movies and good channel selection. Being 5 floors from the top means elevators are never full when you leave and they all worked perfectly and fast. This location on the grand strand is perfect, it's close to everything yet away from the traffic. Friends staying at newer Barefoot Landing condo visited us and were jealous about our location, they would have preferred our condo. The management company ODVR and the owner were a pleasure to deal with, very attentive and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend to a friend.

Beautiful views and condo. Looked exactly like it was pictured.

Had a great time! Property was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of toys, games and books for the grandsons. Owners were wonderful to work with. Views were amazing! Also appreciated that there was security at the building. Had a couple things that needed fixed after we were there and they got taken care of right away.

The Crescent Shores property does provide the best of amenities from outdoors to indoors; amenities like ocean front pool, heated indoor pool, lazy river, hot tub, grilling stations and spacious condos with, with well-appointed kitchens and fabulously maintained interiors and large 25 foot balconies for sweeping views of the blue sea and skies. Large groups can enjoy a four bedroom condo or we offer smaller two bedrooms for couples and small families. The location of Crescent Shores is really what makes it the ideal getaway spot. Just within a 100 yards, there is an ocean front bar & grill, there is an ice cream/hot dog stand with sidewalk cafe seating, a quick block away, and a giant tacky beach store for last minute supplies. There are watersport activities available on the beach directly in front of the complex, too. We welcome you back.
