From the time you walk thru the door, the vaulted ceilings, remodeled kitchen, eclectic coastal decor and tree-top views will bring relaxing inner peace to start your ZEN vacation. There's plenty of space for the family in this 3 bedroom/2 full bath Kingston Plantation retreat. This great condo is fully stocked and freshly styled with the utmost details for guest comfort. 2nd Floor walk-up access (NO Elevator).
You'll find all of the essentials in this well-stocked kitchen. There's a large dining table to serve family-style meals (easily seats 6). The living room's leather furnishings and large screen tv will be the perfect spot to end your days together, when it's time to relax. Hardwood and tile flooring flow throughout the unit, combining elegance with low-maintenance. Full size washer and dryer, too. The outdoor deck is comfortably furnished to spend a happy hour, or two, relaxing among the shade trees, in your own private park setting.
Grab your beach towels and enjoy a short walk to the beach, then stop by either of the two community pools for a refreshing dip after a sunny, salty beach day. Kingston Plantation is ideally located in the "Shore Drive" & "Arcadian Dunes" sections of beautiful SC white beaches, within minutes of Tanger Outlet specialty shopping, fabulous seafood restaurants, breakfast diners, dozens of golf courses, and fishing pier. Kingston has a wonderful day Spa to give yourself the royal treatment. Locally, you can follow the oceanside boardwalk to several other resorts for great restaurant choices -- try a little coastal cuisine at the "Cafe Amalfi", "Black Drum Brewery", "Verandas" or "Coastal Grill & Bar". During the week, you might travel South to Broadway at the Beach, or to North Myrtle Beach for BareFoot Landing Resort, either way, you'll find that family friendly fun awaits you at everything in between. There are weekly fireworks (summer season), fabulous musical entertainment and theatre shows plus endless shopping at both locations..

The rooms were very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were also very clean. The bar seating at kitchen island was perfect for serving large pancake breakfasts. The outdoor seating was relaxing in the morning for coffee and drinks at night. The kids enjoyed biking and walking to the beach and pools even though the water was chilly. Kingston Plantation was close driving to all the mini golf courses and restaurants. We would stay here again.

This place was great!!

The check-in with the property management office was smooth and communication prior to our arrival was direct, which started immediately after booking and ensured clarifications of expectations. The property was exactly what we expected and the community is very well taken care of, and inviting. We stayed for a week with 3 teens, and the accommodations within the community and short walk to the beach were ideal to say the least. We would definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated the space was. The photos don’t even do it justice—it’s even more stunning in person. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and had thought of every detail to ensure our comfort. There were fresh towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and even a few thoughtful touches like a welcome basket with snacks and local recommendations. We really appreciated how well-equipped everything was, from the high-quality toiletries to the comfortable beds and cozy living spaces. The location was perfect, too. It’s in a quiet area but still close to all the best attractions, restaurants, and shops. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and the private patio was a perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

All three of the bedrooms are a great size and the large bathrooms are a plus. I especially love the open floor plan in the living area. The location is wonderful. It is just a short walk to the beach and it is close to the tennis courts and the pool. Kingston Plantation is close to Tanger outlet, Marshalls, Walmart, Kroger, putt- putts, Broadway at the beach, bars and many restaurants and shows. You don't want to miss out on this gem!

Could Be Cleaner

The property has a nice floor plan and the neighborhood is great! However, its cleanliness left much to be desired. The refrigerator had not been wiped out, and the water filter needed changing. There was a pod left in the Keurig, so that hadn't been cleaned. The master bathroom had not been cleaned, at least not well. There was a gross amount of hair left in the drain of the master bathtub-I do not want to clean bathrooms upon arrival for vacation. Toys from a previous renter were found under one of the beds, so under the beds hadn't been cleaned.

We have nothing but positive things to say! Our experience was wonderful. The condo is very clean and the air conditioner works perfectly for the hot summer days. We felt very safe in the area, as well. The condo was equipped with all the necessities needed for a home away from home: such as dishware, utensils, cups, plates, Keurig coffee maker, etc.We rented a golf cart from the nearby rental place. It was only a 4 minute drive on the golf cart to the beach and pool. Not only is the beach so close to the condo, but it is also right next to restaurant row, Tanger outlets and more! Perfect location!We highly recommend this condo and we can't wait to come back!

Why they chose this property

For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the quiet, park like setting while doing nothing and sipping a beautiful cup of tea. This is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
