About this property

Beach Dreamin'-5 Bedroom, 4.5 Baths, Private Pool, Elevator, Steps to Beach

Welcome to Beach Dreamin', where Gulf views, gentle breezes and laid-back island luxury come together in perfect harmony. Set just across from the sugar white sands of St. George Island, this bright and beautifully appointed home was designed for families and friends to unwind, reconnect and savor the rhythm of coastal life.

Inside, the open living space feels made for gathering—airy, sunlit and anchored by Gulf views that steal the show. Sink into plush seating after a day in the surf or linger over fresh caught seafood at the long dining table while the electric fireplace glows softly in the background. The chef's kitchen, complete with bar seating and coastal chic finishes, invites laughter, cocktails and conversation that stretch late into the evening. Brand new flooring adds a fresh, modern touch throughout.

The large bedrooms enhance the comfort of your stay, giving everyone space to relax and recharge. Kids will love the double bunk room; with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, there's room for everyone—up to 14 guests—to spread out in style.

Outside, a large fenced, kidney shaped pool with a broad sun deck and plenty of lounges promises sunny afternoons and family swims after a day building sandcastles on the beach. The outdoor area is perfect for games, while the covered balcony invites you to unwind with a cup of morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

With under-house parking, an elevator, a fish cleaning station and an outdoor shower, every detail was designed for convenience and comfort. A park-style grill makes it easy to keep the Island cookouts going and easy beach access across the street means you can be on the sand in seconds.

This dog friendly retreat welcomes your pup to join the fun!

Whether it's lazy mornings by the pool, laughter filled dinners with family or evening walks along the shoreline, Beach Dreamin' is where Island memories are made to last.
