Enchanting 2-bedroom Ocean Front apartment with AC through it, in Luquillo PR.

Hi Marlo, I tried to call you to give you an apology and at the same time to give you a possible explanation of the whole situation. We have three apartments which have contracts for pest control every two months and have never had this situation. Our conclusion to this situation is that the apartment next to us was closed for eight years without any maintenance, no cleaning or no pest control. Recently they started removing furniture and cleaning that apartment so after all that time then those roaches must have come from there. Regarding the floors.. I already spoke to our cleaning crew and stressed to them that they have to do a better job on the floor but, also because the apartment is corner unit and right in front of the beach, it it very breezy and therefore we receive a lot of sand daily. In reference to the view… Apparently, you were confused with the apartment on the 17th floor because we advertise both apartments in VRBO and they are in the same building. One is on the 17th floor with a spectacular view of the ocean and yours is on the 2nd floor; which the first email that I always send to my Guests is very clear. I mentioned that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with a clean view of the ocean beach and palm trees from the balcony which is right there by the ocean. If you would’ve mentioned something the day that you arrived, we would've send the Pet Control and the Cleaning Crew while you were out doing your agenda. If you return you will receive 2 free ni
