The main floor master suite provides privacy and comfort, while the outdoor living area is perfect for entertaining, with a spacious wraparound deck that invites you to soak in the scenery and sit around the fire pit for a beautiful sunset. Located in a prime area, you can walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques, making everyday living a pleasure. The Centennial trail is also located just steps away from the home which is great for bike rides and walks. The outdoor BBQ area is great space for preparing any meal and don't forget about the hot tub to relax in after a long day.

PLEASE NOTE: Use of the boat slip is NOT available for short term guests to moor their personal watercraft. These are the rules of the community HOA and there are no exceptions. The good news is there are several full service watercraft rental companies within a 5 minute walk of the home. We recommend Kent's CDA Boat Rentals or KJ Watersports or Spa Ventures.
*Social or corporate gatherings, retreats, etc. are not permitted in this home. We are very sorry for the inconvenience! There is never to be large gatherings that exceed the max 12-person occupancy.
