This home boasts gorgeous quartz countertops, open floor plan with lots of light, and a room specialized for kids with a trundle bed and full size bed to accomodates 3 kids! This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with queen beds in 3 of the bedrooms. This one is frequently booked! Neighborhood is quiet and safe. ✔ Large 1,600 sq foot home in fantastic location ✔ Close to downtown restaurant scene ✔ Private bathroom in Master bedroom ✔ Master bedroom far off in back of house for extra privac ✔ Fast WiFi - ideal for working remotely ✔ Large fenced in yard for your pets ✔ Professionally cleaned and sanitized ✔ Fully stocked & equipped kitchen ✔ In-house washer & dryer ✔ Self check-in Things you may not like: The kids room has been converted from an office so there isn't a door, but it is offset from rest of house so you can still have adult time while they sleep. There is some construction being done on some of the roads that lead to the highway so some traffic.

The check in/check out process was super smooth and easy. The house was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub. The house is in a great location and was very quiet. Plenty of space for everyone. The house has everything we needed.

This house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean. It had a nice fenced backyard for our small dog. The kitchen was well stocked, but I did not like the dishes were all plastic.We would definitely stay here again.

House was clean and a great stay overall and the home is set up to be very inviting. The only issues I could say is the 4th bedroom/den smelled strongly like urine. The communication with the host was easy and very responsive.

Oh my goodness always let us know these things. Because our house is pet friendly if there is a stay where something like that happens and we were not aware, we would absolutely come and bring a Carpet Cleaner right away. We never ever want our house to have that issue I'm so sorry to hear that. Please always contact your hosts if there is ever any issues during stay at cleanliness at a very high level and never will be allow that in our home.

The cleanest home in Caldwell that we have stayed in within the past year. The home was dust free, kitchen and bathrooms spotless, and even the baseboards were clean. Communication was clear and accurate. Would love to stay there again. The level of cleanliness exceded our expectations. The location is convenient. There is lots of space inside and out. The hot tub amenity was a plus. We all slept very comfortably.

Very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was safe and very quiet. We enjoyed walking the paths in the morning and enjoyed the backyard to relax. The location was perfect for us, just a few minutes from stores and restaurants.They have all the appliances, such as crockpot, coffee maker, toaster etc. They even had coffee pods ready for us to use. Having a washer and dryer was a must for us, and they even supplied detergent.Host was responsive and was available to answer questions. We enjoyed the property very much.

The property was clean and I have used VRBO for many family get togethers and had no issues with your hosts. The host of this property was disrespectful.. I've never been talked to in this manner by anyone let alone someone I am renting property from. The air would not turn on when we arrived (Idaho 103 that day) 85 degree's in the house I called the host and she was very responsive on getting someone out to change the air filter, very very dirty, but when I texted saying the coffee pot didn't work I must have sent her over the edge. She said don't expect everything in a house you rent to work and don't contact her anymore for I was harassing her and called me entitled.. I was quite shocked someone in this business would talk to their renters in that fashion. All she had to say was I'll look into for the next renters and thanks for letting me know.. Her check out email says please give a 5 star rating and don't nitpick on the little things like squeaky door and button's hanging off a string which I found very odd for the statement was true but it did not bother me. Being disrespected when you travel 400 miles to spend time with family was disappointing. I would never recommend this host to anyone and her email also said she would reciprocate so I'm sure she's going to say I harassed her.

We appreciate guests that are grateful, kind, and this particular guest was extremely high maintenance. We had multiple air conditioners needing maintenance due to extremely hot temperatures at multiple properties and we simply told her we cannot address a coffee machine that needed to be de-scaled for one night at that time. Things that are that minor sometimes we'll get to as we can and appreciate guests that are grateful and are able to take care of themselves for extremely minor things. Airbnb's are not like being at a personal home. They are still simply like a hotel.We tried to explain that to her and simply were honest which is how people are in Idaho, Idaho. I do not recommend this guest.
