The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the sauna and lights are off. Make sure the door is locked (pull door close to you and hit lock button) Make sure TV is off and you signed out of your subscriptions
Make sure all trash is thrown in a trash bag and thrown in the bin outside (located side of house - down the stairs)
Gather used towels place on floor in bathroom Gather sheets on put on floor in bedroom Make sure all dishes are washed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
AWD / 4x4 required for access in Winter (November - April)
HOA requirement of quiet time from 10 PM - 7 AM
No open fires on the property even when there are no fire bans in the county. County requirement for all STR After using grill, turn off propane
