Cozy up in this luxuriously renovated 3rd Floor loft in the heart of Carlinville right on the town square. Built in 1857 this Historic floor to ceiling windows capture beautiful sunset views overlooking the town.
13 ft. ceilings in this 1000 square ft. studio loft with a king bed, and fully equipped kitchen are yours to enjoy. Pamper yourself in the elegant bathroom with stunningly chandelier and large walk in glass shower, stocked with essentials. The serene atmosphere of the loft provides a peaceful retreat after exploring all that Carlinville has to offer. Beaver Dam State Park, 15 minutes, Amtrak Station, 12 minute walk. Note this is a 3rd floor walk up with no elevator access so please plan accordingly. 1 night stay is $250.00 per night, covers higher operational costs for short stays, increased cleaning, turnover labor.

Pretty sure the only words I have to describe this loft is wow, as that is exactly what we said when we arrived. The location couldn’t be any better as it's right in the heart of the town square. The furnishings, bedding, and finishes were all incredible! The bathroom is huge, shower is great, and it's just an amazing place to stay. I would have given this more stars if I could, highly recommend staying here! This is a really neat loft in an excellent location. All communications were great as well. Can't wait to return and stay there again!

Historic building built in 1857. Completely renovated, with as much of the original materials as possible. I always think if these walls could talk.
