Maison dans la pinede - proche centre, zoo et plage

La maison est très bien située, au coeur de la pinède.. proche du centre, du zoo et des plages. Le jardin est grand et calme ( attention, non cloturé sur un coté). Table ping pong et trampoline avec filet. Belle terrasse et barbecue. La maison est grande et de nombreux couchages. L'ensemble est agréable, par contre, la maison aurait besoin de plein de petits bricolages/peinture pour bien la rénover et faire quelques réparations robustes. tout semble un peu fragile ( heureusement, il n'y a pas de caution). Les propriétaires ne semblent pas les rois du bricolage. Elle est présentée comme maison de luxe ( un peu exagéré, au vu de l’état d'entretien de la maison, qui est loin d’être neuve ou parfaitement entretenue peinture/fenêtre). Attention, il n'y a pas de four micro-onde, pas très pratique avec un bébé. Bref, pour nous, 4 adultes, 4 enfants et 2 bébés, cela restera un séjour très agréable, bien que cher, dans cette magnifique région et nous recommandons cette maison a la location aux autres voyageurs.

We provide a trampoline for your enjoyment . However there is no net and usage of the trampoline is at your own risk
