Cozy Rustic 4-bedroom house close to Whiteface & Lake Placid
Rustic 4BR mountain home just 5 mins from Whiteface and 15 from Lake Placid. Lake Everest is 3 mins away for swimming and fishing. Enjoy scenic views, a new porch, and a big backyard that opens to a soccer field, with parks, trails, and tennis courts nearby. Spacious kitchen, 2 baths, Smart TV, propane fireplace, and comfy beds (2 kings, 1 full, 1 twin).
Our home is one of Wilmington’s older houses from 1880, filled with charm, cozy corners, and simple character. It’s got a few quirks, like any home its age, but that’s part of what makes it special. If you’re looking for a comfortable, easygoing base close to nature and local adventure, you’ll feel right at home here. We’re in a great neighborhood with plenty of local events, hiking trails and restaurants.
