Little getaway.

Nice place to unwind. Pool and spa was very relaxing. The house had everything you need to just sit back and relax. Nearby restaurant we enjoyed was the Lakehouse.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Bonita Springs home! The kids had so much fun with the pool, hot tub, foosball, ping pong, Xbox, and Legos, and the huge fenced yard was perfect for our dog to run around safely. Rikke and Michael were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The master was enormous and the whole house was clean and had everything we needed. Fantastic location near beaches, restaurants, and shopping — we’d stay again in a heartbeat

Great backyard!

We had a great time! The weather was beautiful and backyard was perfect. The pool was warm and the pool/hot tub controls were very easy to use. The plants and palms in the backyard make it so private.

Great weekend getaway

We rented this house for a family weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Great common spaces and a massive outdoor kitchen. Love the indoor/outdoor living spaces as well. You feel like you’re at a private getaway. Everything was clean, and I don’t think the pictures did the property justice!

Amazing house and great location!

Our group felt so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay here. The house and surrounding area are beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hanging out in the tropical yard and family room. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shops, you can even walk if you like. We can’t wait to stay here again but next time we want to stay for a longer period of time.

My family and I stayed here for five nights. The house very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you would need to have a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the backyard and pool. Very smooth check in and out. I would definitely recommend you stay here. You won’t regret it.

Everything we were looking for and more!

This property is amazing. Loved the pool and hot tub. The fire pit area was amazing. The whole outside area is a tropical sanctuary. Loved the style of the home. It was clean and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any traveler looking for a relaxing peaceful get-a-way that is close to everything.

Great location and value!

It’s hard to beat this location - a few minutes from the beach and in the middle of everything in Bonita Springs. It is a quick ride to Naples and Ft. Myers. House is very well equipped for adults and kids alike, and the back yard is very private. The pool and bocce ball were a hit!

Tranquil yard

Check in was easy. The house is large with plenty of places to sleep , if you have a large family. Plenty to do on the property alone. Screened in porch is where we spent most of our time and by the pool. The pool and hot tub were great! The yard is very private and fenced in which was nice. Great place if you’re just looking to relax . Plenty near by too!

The location was very nice in a neighborhood near shops and restaurants. House was clean with newer kitchen appliances and property managers had good communication with us. The house has a beautiful private backyard with pool and hot tub and screened in porch but the house decor could use some freshening.

All my questions were answered, in a timely fashion (I had several) and the hosts were so helpful. The property was even better than the pictures! Everything that we needed and more. We had one rainy day but plenty of activities indoors to keep us occupied. The entire house was lovely. The outdoor area was my favorite. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

The house was very nice but we had issues with the AC and the pool/spa. It wasn’t the fault of the owners but we lost AC twice and the pool/spa messed up while we were there as well. The owner was very quick to respond but with a holiday weekend, it took a bit for the 2nd AC repair. The pool heated up to 104 degrees and we didn’t have the pool heat on. Ended up that storms likely caused the pool/spa issue and the 2nd AC issue. We couldn’t use the pool the last couple of days of our stay. Again, the owner was very attentive; the delay was due to the holiday.

Unfortunately, severe storms and a likely lightning strike over Memorial Day weekend caused unexpected issues with the pool equipment and one of the home's two AC systems. While contractor availability was limited during the holiday weekend, technicians were on-site first thing Tuesday morning, and all issues were fully resolved. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're pleased to share that since your stay we've also completed additional updates to the kitchen and bathrooms.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 3 days, me and my family. We had a great time. The property is equipped with everything you need to have a very comfortable time. Everything is very clean and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is exactly 5 minutes away and the other 11 .. which of the two is the most beautiful and quiet .. My family and I were very happy and pleased ... We would return again without thinking about it .. Thanks to your host .. he was very kind to us

Gorgeous home, great amenities and close to everything!

We had high expectations coming in based on the photos and reviews alone and it still blew us away. Gorgeous surroundings and a beautiful, luxe, yet super comfortable home made our week away so special. We especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the hot tub and pool after our days at the gorgeous nearby beaches. The recommendations Michael left were spot on and helped us spend the week eating and drinking delicious meals and wine in Bonita Springs….you can even walk to restaurants. The house was so accommodating for adults and kids and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the house - luxury soaps and products, bocce ball, plenty of bikes and kids books and toys to name a few. It was wonderful to have the seclusion of the house yet be so close to the everything. We cannot wait to return!

No Complaints, Plenty of Amenities

The place was clean, the pool and hot tub were great, and they grounds were nice. There were plenty of plates and cookware in the kitchen. They also had everything you need in the garage: 7 or 8 bikes, 10 beach chairs, multiple coolers, soccer and basketballs, pool floats, etc. And if you have little kids height chairs and toys. Ping pong and foosball also in the garage in addition to the bocce outside. The location was on a quiet street and the landscaping made that outside area feel very private which was also great for the dogs. Almost too much seating in the screened in porch.

Great for kids of all ages - fabulous outdoor amenities

This house is a great option for families looking to stay near Bonita Springs. The owners communicated well before the stay started and were very responsive during our stay (I had questions about where to find things). There were plenty of beds, as advertised and the home easily accommodated our family of five. But by far the best part of the home was the pristine outdoor area. The pool and hot tub were great, and the outdoor furniture, hammock, fire pit, bocce court and basketball hoop were all used frequently. As was the beautiful ping pong table (and foosball table) in the garage. There were also bikes for everyone, although we never got to try them out. Overall, a great house with an outdoor area that exceeded expectations!

Great potential but needs improvements

The location was perfect and the house has ample space, but some challenges made the stay less than ideal. There were ants in the kitchen making it impossible to leave anything on the counter for any extended period of time. also we encountered 2 Florida water bugs (aka roaches) in the master bath. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the carpet a good cleaning. The house was well situated and very close to the beach and shops.

We greatly value feedback in order to continuously improve however this disruptive guest was both deceitful and left home in poor state. At no time during the stay were we ever alerted to these "issues". Furthermore food was left all over kitchen counters and no bugs found in the home (we have the property treated regularly). We also had to clean carpet, collect garbage and touch walls up too. After leaving the home in a less than desirable state, guest then tried to coerce us into refund!

Gorgeous house!

Rikke & Michael’s Bonita Palms was fantastic and the perfect spot to just relax and soak up up authentic coastal Florida. My husband and I spent 9 beautiful nights here. First and foremost, the location of the property could not be better. Barefoot and Bonita Beaches are not more than 5 mins drive away or 15-20 mins by bicycle (supplied in the home.) Yet tucked away in a quiet residential street with pristine forest at the back of the yard. The real bonus here is you are walking distance to restaurants & grocery stores. The house is well appointed and decorated, comfortable beds, great outdoor patio and furniture (trust me, you will spend most of your time out here anyway). For the chef in the your group, there’s also an outdoor fully equipped kitchen! The only bummer is that now I know that I could have rented it directly from Rikke & Michael on their website scandinaples and saved 12 % on vrbo charges. Next time, next time..
