Perfect getaway!

This was a perfect getaway with the family. This place has plenty of room for us all to have our own space and is in a beautiful setting. Not too far from the beach!

Great time

Really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a wedding. The beach was maybe an 8 min enjoyable walk. Condo is a little outdated, but expected for the price. We had a wonderful time!

Needs Updating

This villa is in a perfect location. 5 minute walk to the beach. 8 minute walk to Sanctuary. 3 bedrooms/3 baths. Perfect. However, the carpet in the main room is filthy and needs replacing. Everything needs updating. updating;;

Great location

Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to Towncenter and park. Having 3 bedrooms with their own bath each was perfect for our family. We saw lots of wildlife from the screened in porch. Condo could use some updating but it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Never saw a bug which says a lot for the area. Would definitely stay here again. It was a great trip for us.

Needs attention

We were in Kiawah and had a great time. We were told because of CDC guidelines they need full time to clean. Dirty towels left in bathroom, underwear left in dryer, some trash left on floor, and unit needs some repairs. Attempted communication during stay without any response.

Clean but very outdated

The Villa was clean but the decorations and furniture is very outdated. There is carpet mostly throughout which I don’t like at the beach. Check in was simplistic. Quick bike ride to the beach. Nice layout though. Enjoyed the porch looking at the lagoon. One toilet was very loose. However, the listing is true. Probably wouldn’t stay again until owners remove carpet and update it. But thankful to have for a last minute get away.

Good location. Better cleaning Is needed and updated kitchen appliances

Upon arrival found a clump of hair in the master bedroom shower drain. Found a used towel on the floor of the master bedroom closet. The kitchen appliances were very cheap and outdated. The toaster was light and plastic and would not release the bread easily. Minimum needs REPLACE Master bath globe lights with LED’s. Those let off too much heat. Garbage bags Dishwasher soap or pods Laundry soap Bonus Tin foil Plastic wrap Plastic bags Extra Bonus Bikes Pool access

Great layout, great location, but needs renovating.

This is our 5th year renting villas at the Kiawah Island. Overall, the units are very dated. That is to be expected and I do not mind as we are here to enjoy the outdoors. This unit is unfortunately beyond dated. The carpet is filthy as well as the couches. We had to roll up the throw rugs as they were so dirty as well. We walked with socks on and sat on towels when sitting on the furniture. It is most unfortunate as the layout with 3 bedrooms was great and the location within walking distance to the Sanctuary makes it an ideal location. The bathrooms were clean but the toilets kept getting clogged. The service with Wyndham was seamless and the unit was stocked with towels, adequate kitchen supplies and the necessities such as laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, etc. With some minor upgrades this could be an excellent unit.

June 8-15

The property over was great. I repondnes to a text the first day with a 5. However a few things came up later. Most of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. After washing them again in the dishwasher, I realized they were dirty because the dishwasher didn’t work efficiently. (Btw…I rinse dishes before I put in dishwasher. We ended up having to hand wash dishes for week. I called the office twice but it was never fixed. The worst part was the washer. It smelled HORRIBLE. There was a sign that asked to keep washer open when not in use, but apparently folks have closed the lid and it has never been cleaned. I had to spray Lysol every morning. Lastly, a couple of the shower heads are really old and most likely should be replaced. Over all I gave a 4 rating. The location to the beach and the ease of check in made the property with the tru.
