Our family had a great experience here. The condo was spacious, offered plenty of amenities, and was only a short walk to the beach. The quality was well worth the price. We experienced a minor issue checking in, as the code we had been given did not work on the door; however, Casago was very quick to respond to my texts and assisted us with locating the physical keys. We found the customer service to be stellar. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to stay here again on our family's next trip to Folly Beach.

The place was perfect for our stay. Kitchen fully eauipped with nice convection stove too. This specific property had an awesome view from the deck of the ocean. Anytime prior to the visit I had a question they responded quickly. No problems from check in to check out. Plenty of places to walk and eat and we too advantage of grocery delivery. I would stay here again without any questions. Thank you for a wonderful booking

We had a great time at our Pavilion Watch condo by the ocean!

Our Vacasa property was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean! We loved Folly Beach too!

It was a really good place to stay for a long weekend.

The location was perfect- close to both the beach and restaurants. My only complaint is the masterroom’s bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.

Great long weekend

We traveled to Folly beach for a wedding . There were 6 of us so having three bathrooms was excellent. Great location, totally walkable to everything . Would stay here again, and would highly recommend this location.

Family vacation

This was a quick stop on our family vacation but well worth it! Total of 5 adults. Easy walk to the beach, which had beach service for chairs and umbrellas. We were restaurants and shops get steps away from this condo. I will be coming back to this unit on our next trip to Folly Beach.

Perfect Location

We loved the location and ease of walking the downtown folly beach restaurants, shops and pier. The view was great for being one street off the beachfront. Only critique would be the bath cabinets were peeling and carpet needs replaced. Did not stop us from really enjoying our family get together!

Great location right across from Beach

The location was surrounded by many bars restaurants and shops for tourists. Only a short 25 minutes drive to charleston. A condo was in great condition everyone had their own space as well as their own bathroom. Love the living room and absolutely loved the balcony which provided a great view of the ocean. Would stay there again and would highly recommend. Parking was easy and we had a space for our car with no problem.

Good , quick response time with property manager. My dilemma was the room number....looked like 31 when actually 3I (3i)....but CAPS were used so...confusing at check in.

Folly Beach Fun Place

AC was an issue that they remedied with multiple units for comfort. New unit was installed the day we left, so that issue is solved. Great unit with a fantastic location. Steps to the beach and multiple bars & restaurants.
