Great Location

Great place to spend a long weekend with friends. It's a small place, but has everything you need. Perfect location! Obviously on the beach, but also close to many great restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Great place on the Gulf

This is a small two story place with about 30 rooms. It was perfect for our stay, queen bed , small couch, small kitchen, and bathroom. It was old but very clean and well maintained.

Quick get away

The check in process was very easy and went exactly as stated in the instructions. The location of the unit was wonderful. Very peaceful and quiet stay directly on the beach. The unit itself could use some updates but met the needs of our short stay.

Beach stay

The property is older but kept clean and taken care of. The unit we stayed in was recently updated and very clean. The studio is lacking storage space for clothing and food. The location is convenient and close to shopping and golf. It is right on the beach and has beautiful sunsets. I would stay again for a weekend visit

Small place, great location

You can't beat staying on the beach. The other guests were friendly. The water temp was an issue one night, but not the next. The air conditioner needed to be repaired and was promptly. It may not have been luxurious, but we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The room was very clean and nice. Hot water takes 5-15 minutes to heat up. No storage for clothes (not a big deal as the scenery is beautiful). Overall, the place is a great place to stay but be aware it takes a very long time to get hot water.

Nice beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! We wanted to be right on the beach and that we were. Maybe 50 steps from our room to the beach. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. We enjoyed having our kitchen and bathroom so close. With that being said the room feels smaller than the pictures suggest. The bed was a little uncomfortable but not terrible. It really was a place for us to crash at the end of a long day at various beaches. If you're the kind of person who cares more about where you are than where you sleep you'll enjoy your stay. We did and would stay again.

Right on the beach! How can you say anything bad about that?

This place is great. The place is right on the beach. You can’t beat that and the price tag!! Very clean! beds are comfy. The only thing that I would have to say and that’s why I gave it a four-star. There is no place to put your clothes! We had to use our luggage as storage for our clothes! There’s no extra cabinet space no extra storage so for the future if possible, can you get more cabinet space otherwise love the place ideal location! Right on the beach!!!

Location was fabulous!

Property was located on the beach, with plenty of restaurants locally, and across the street from a Dunkin. While the property itself is slightly dated, and in need of a new mattress, it was fine overall. The power went out a couple times, one of which we were gone all day and unsure how long it was out so we had to toss some food we weren’t confident stayed cold. The on-site cleaning staff does an exceptional job keeping the outdoor spaces clean and sanitized every other day. The beaches are kept clean and groomed. The location was not loud, and it was an overall pleasant stay. Thanks for having this condo available!
