The Space:

This modern, first-floor condo is the perfect place to kick back to enjoy a getaway in St. Petersburg! From the spacious living area featuring two sofa beds and a flatscreen TV to the patio overlooking the Isla Del Sol Country Club golf course, you can’t go wrong with this Bahia Del Mar home! Guests will enjoy two bright and airy bedrooms, each with a mounted flatscreen TV and the primary room with an en-suite bath. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a small table with seating for four, and the dining room table seats four as well. Of course, there's nothing like an al-fresco dining experience, so be sure to take a few meals out on the patio. This home offers two work desks, one in the living room and the other in the primary bedroom and the high-speed WiFi will make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete those last-minute projects. Ideal for families with children, The Bahia Del Mar community features plenty of on-site amenities including a shared pool and access to a private beach. Those traveling with young children are welcome to use the Pack 'n Play, the bottle warmer, and other essentials. You are just over the Pinellas Bayway Bridge, less than two miles from St. Pete Beach and the Don Cesar hotel. You can also enjoy all of the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment spots nearby. There truly is something for everyone!



Please note that renting this property requires a background check submitted directly to the HOA. There is an additional fee outside of the booking platform of $19.95 per person (subject to change) for all guests 18 years of age and older.

After your reservation is confirmed, we will send detailed instructions on how to complete the required background check. Once the background check has been submitted and approved, the HOA also requires a separate application to be completed.

Golf course view

Difficult to get inside were given incorect code. Could not use either tv, were locked out until a few days later one Vacasa person helped. Only got one working. The decor and view was nice. Still waiting on our damage deposit returned after two months

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was a perfect fit for our family. The pool and beach area were nice and it was in a perfect location to other area beaches. The condo was clean and everything was in perfect working order. The only issue encountered was a wrong code so we couldn't get in. We arrived very late at night and I wasn't sure about how to get into the property and didn't get in until two hours later, which ended up being 5:00 a.m. so put a damper on our first day and we were quite useless. I didn't think to reach out to the property manager since it was the middle of the night, but eventually someone responded, so it all worked out. Also, there wasn't any coffee so quite the bummer after such a bad first night/day there. Had this not happened, it literally would have been a perfect stay. Despite the first night/day challenge, we would love to visit again and would stay longer than a week. We also highly recommend this property.
