A traditional rowhouse on a small quiet street, yet only a quick walk to Philadelphia's famous museums and Boathouse Row, Kelly Drive for biking, running and walking, Fairmount Park, and only a little further to Whole Foods, Eastern State Penitentiary and Center City. Great restaurants close by and public transit with 4 bus lines within a block. Two fixie bikes for riding the beautiful Schuylkill River drives and for quick trips into Center City. The space We are following Airbnb's COVID-19 safety and cleaning protocols including cleaning with bleach and alcohol while wearing masks and gloves. I bought this home recently so all of the furniture and mattresses are new. The house is on a very quiet street and has double-paned windows. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Fairmount / Art Museum-area is perfectly situated for access to recreation (biking, running, walking, rowing along the Schuylkill), museums (the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Barnes Foundation, the Rodin museum, the Franklin Institute, Eastern State Penitentiary museum - all a quick walk. And lots of restaurants along the Fairmount Avenue corridor. Yet only a 20 minute walk to the heart of Center City Philadelphia while staying in a very quiet neighborhood.
