This pleasant retreat features a tropical feel to the whole property.The ensuite includes a refreshing walk-in shower and newly renovated bedroom & lounge.Cosy lounge with kitchenette, all utensils, Pots & pans.

I live in the front house and Unit 1 is next to another unit which is occupied long term.

Shifted here 28 years ago from Auckland.
Very new to the town so joined Real Estate and worked at the club as well.(16years) That’s where I met so many lovely locals.So many activities to be enjoyed especially our Beach hop which brings thousands into town

What makes this property unique
This property is so central to all the clubs and cafes in town .(Walking distance).Our famous beach and surf club is another draw card, again only 5-10 mins walk depending on how fast yu walk😊.Blackie’s Cafe is right behind our newly refurbished Surf club.
