This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features a king suite, bright living room, and a classic southern kitchen. Enjoy sunsets from the balcony or walk to a nearby lake. Centrally located near downtown, beaches, Balboa Park, and the airport. Perfect for families and long stays.



The Space:

You’ll stay in the top level of a split-level home, enjoying full privacy with no shared spaces. The upper floor includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (jack and jill style), a bright living room with dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with southern charm.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire top-level unit, including the front and back yard. Please note there is no access to the bottom-level rooms.

Just a 10-minute walk away, Chollas Lake Community Park features a scenic trail around the lake, picnic areas, and a basketball court—perfect for morning walks or outdoor fun.



For shopping and dining, the nearby College Grove Shopping Center has everything you need, including Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, Starbucks, and Sam’s Club, along with several restaurants and cafés.



Oak Park provides a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, beaches, and the airport, all within a short drive.



Getting Around:

Getting around San Diego from this home is easy and convenient. You’re centrally located with quick access to major freeways (I-94, I-805, and I-15), making it simple to reach downtown, beaches, Balboa Park, the Zoo, and the airport in 15–20 minutes.



Guests can enjoy free street parking and easy rideshare or delivery access. Public transportation is also nearby for those who prefer to explore without a car. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, everything you need is just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be atleast 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration.

A valid ID is required at check-in. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in eviction WITHOUT refund.

Security Deposit of $500 for booking over 30 nights.

An additional fee of $50 plus tax per person, per night applies for extra guests

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250.

Pet Policy: **We welcome up to 2 dogs with prior authorization. A pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay applies. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and that you pick up after them in outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space clean and comfortable for everyone.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low during this time, especially in outdoor areas. Thank you for your cooperation and respect for our neighbors.

“Early Check-In” option for $75 plus tax, subject to availability. Prior to 1:00PM - Rate of one night based on current nightly rate applies. To request Early Check-In, please contact us 24–48 hours before arrival so we can coordinate with housekeeping and adjust your reservation.

We kindly ask that you please keep all decorations and furniture in their original place. We review inventory before and after each stay to ensure everything remains in great condition for all guests.
