This is an amazing home located in beautiful Pacific Beach, right next to La Jolla, in the perfect residential area, yet close to all the action and to all that San Diego has to offer.

Within minutes of the property you will be able to enjoy Ocean Beach, Bird Rock, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village, Petco Park (home of Padres baseball team), the Convention Center, Little Italy, Embarcadero, Fashion Valley mall, North Park, historic Old Town, the Marina, many of the best restaurants, nightclubs, bars, Point Loma, Liberty Station, San Diego’s best breweries and much more. The airport is only within a 15 minutes drive.

An amazing diversity of restaurants and cuisines are available within walking distance of the area. You can enjoy Japanese, Mexican, American, Thai, Indian, Persian, Greek, Steakhouse, Vietnamese, Chinese, Brazilian, and more. Should you choose to stay in, for a relaxing night of grilling or cooking at home, you will find a Vons, trader Joe's and Sprouts within blocks. When you need to rest after exploring beautiful San Diego, turn on the A/C and the 60-inch TV in the living room and enjoy one of the 300-plus channel selection available to you.

Crossing just outside of the beautiful door, you will find a huge patio with the best amenities to make your vacation unforgettable, will be hard to leave this area to go anywhere and a true oasis.

The entire house is professionally cleaned every single time a guest checks out and before arrival. A house keeping team of professionals washes and deep cleans everything in the house to provide the best PB Villa experience.

Car rentals rates are very competitive in San Diego, doing a little on line search will get you a great deal. If you do not want to drive, I recommend using Uber X, is very inexpensive and SD Ubers offer great service in my personal experience. Public transportation is only a few steps from the house, there is a bus stop in the corner of the block where the property is located.

The beach is exactly 12 blocks away from the house. You can walk or rent bikes, there is a shop a block away from the house. If thats not an option because you are bringing the boogie boards, cooler, umbrella, chairs and other stuff that you will find in the house for your use, I recommend to take an uber, is only about $5, more inexpensive than parking.

Terrific experience in Pacific Beach!

This is our second time booking Zen Properties for our winter escape from the Pacific Northwest. We consider the combination of location, amenities, and host responsiveness to be unbeatable. We can walk to multiple restaurants, shops and parks, and the outdoor lanai with hot tub along with having complete privacy is ideal. We will be back next year!

We were VERY IMPRESSED with the entire experience! The Villa was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend! We really enjoyed the Patio area, including the hot tub. A very cozy home base for our trip! The neighborhood was very walkable - when I looked up the listing on Google maps ahead of time, I was worried the street would be super busy. That was not the case and we got around without a car. Several bus stops are nearby for bigger trips around the city.

Sweet Anniversary

Our long weekend at pacific beach was awesome. Ricardo, the host, went above and beyond for our stay. The hot tub was warm, and the outside swing bed was perfect for a mid day nap.. The space was magical, and so nice to know it was all ours for the stay. Location was awesome, maybe 20 min, if that, to downtown and balboa park. Also lots of good food close by. Thank you Ricardo, can’t wait to return!

Great location & home

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Pacific Beach Villa. The house is easy to find and as people have said previously it is on a busy street so there is some street noise but nothing that impacted our ability to enjoy ourselves. The house was VERY clean upon arrival and the only issue we found was the couch had a heavy odor of "dog" but we threw a blanket over it and didn't have any real issues but it should be looked at.
