New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Enjoy a lovely view of the outdoor swimming pool and the open Atlantic Ocean at this oceanfront condo on the second floor of Sands Villa Resort.


Inside, you'll be greeted by a living room with a flatscreen TV (with complimentary Netflix and Amazon apps) and a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your bathing suits and beach towels after a day spent on the beach. There are TVs in the bedrooms as well to help lull you to sleep.


On the grounds of the resort, you'll find amenities and conveniences that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a courtyard with grills, and elevators for easy access.

Very quiet gated community...i enjoyed my time there. This unit had all i needed especially the kitchen. We cooked a lot and always had utensils and cookware needed.

Sands Villa 221

Sands Villa is a wonderful complex, with good access to a very wide and quiet beach, two pools, two tennis courts and other amenities. Unit 221 is nicely decorated, with a great view of the dunes and beach. This is the second year we have rented this unit as part of our annual family beach week and we definitely will include it in our future plans.

Best Place at the Beach!

We have been coming to Atlantic Beach and Sands Villa for more than 25 years. Seven years ago we discovered Sands Villa 221 and what a find it has been! The condo is very comfortable and has really been well maintained. The owners are continually making updates throughout the property. It has a great view and is very easily accessible. We highly recommend this beautifully appointed condo to anyone that is looking for a relaxing vacation spot!
