Make your next family vacation a memorable one in this lovely, oceanfront condo on the first floor of Dunescape Villas in Atlantic Beach. Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the community's outdoor swimming pool as the kids frolic in the water. Or, follow the walkway to the beautiful, white-sand beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, and collect seashells.


This nicely furnished condo features all the comforts of home and all the amenities of a great vacation. Use the elevator and luggage carts for easy access and be greeted by a comfortable living room that's great for cooling down and watching TV after a sunny day spent on the beach. Allow yourself to be carried away by the breathtaking view of the ocean on the screened-in balcony just off the living room.


The fully equipped kitchen, with all major and small appliances, makes cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget the courtyard has grills if you're in the mood for burgers or steaks. At mealtime, gather the family around the four-person dining table; if you need additional seating, there are stools at the counter next to the table so everyone can join in on the fun.


When it's time for lights out, you have three bedrooms waiting to lull you to sleep. After the kids have washed away the beach in the conveniently located hall bath, you can tuck them into the bunk bed. This room also offers the convenience of a TV. The second bedroom has a TV and a private half-bath. As for the primary bedroom, you'll find a TV, a private bath with a shower stall, and a private oceanfront balcony. Additional amenities include free WiFi throughout the condo and a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer in the front screened foyer.

This unit is nice located close to the beach. This was our 30th year vacationing in Atlantic Beach with most years at Dunescape Villas and many of them in this unit. It feels like a home away from home.

Well stocked Condo. Great location

We love the location of this condo. It is easy to access the pool and the beach. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook and make meals. Plenty of glassware, plates and silverware. Beds are comfortable and the unit was clean when we arrived. Great place for a week at the beach.

Nice Condo Unit

While not many rental units will be perfect, this one offered a comfortable place to spend the week with the family. The kitchen was stocked with matching plates, bowls, drinking glasses, and plenty of utensils. We found the flat top stove a bit hard to work with but the appliances were great overall.

We have stayed at Dunescape for nearly 20 years. During that time there was onsite management. Now we rent thru Vacasa. For the past 2 years we have had issues and were assured contact was made with the “ local office “. This year we had roaches. No one came to spray, no phone call from the “ local office “. I like Dunescape/ not Vacasa
