Great spot for families

We spent 4 lovely days at this place with our grown children and dog. The beach is a five minute walk, and the condo provided a comfy spot for seven people. We enjoyed cooking and sitting out on the deck, too.

Nice, large condo with handicapped entry

The condo is a perfect size for a family or friends gathering. The sunset views/colors on the back porch are stunning. Walk in showers and full tubs in bathrooms. Very clean.

Beautiful space, less than 5 min walk to the beach

Kathy and Tom are amazing hosts! The house was very clean and spacious for our 4 guests. We enjoyed eating meals on the porch and swinging in the porch swing. Best of all, it is less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The hosts provide beach chairs and other equipment for the guests to use. There are provided linens and plenty of towels and washcloths, as well as kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. Another unexpected but amazing benefit was that every bedroom has its own full bathroom. This was one of our best vacations ever. We cannot wait to stay here again!

A Pleasant Place

We have stayed in many Islander Villas over the years and this unit was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and exceptionally well-stocked with quality towels and bed linens. New leather furniture in the living room added to the appeal. This was a short-stay for just my husband and I, but like all the Islander Villas, the 4 BR, all with en-suite baths, would certainly accommodate a family. The property managers were responsive, quickly delivering a hairdryer when I was unable to locate one in any of the bathrooms. All-in-all we had a pleasant experience at Paws and Claws!

Great condo

Everything was very clean and well organized! Location is nice and serene. The ONLY problem we had was on our last night the elevator broke. I called Vacasa and they answered promptly and said an order was put in for someone to come out the next day but we never saw the maintenance crew, so checkout for our older family members was a little difficult. Thankfully we did the heavy lifting and they just took their time coming down the stairs. Would stay here again though!

Never Again

Several texts sent resolve issues. 1. Cockroaches in multiple areas. Next day a bug sprayer was sent. You can’t spray chemicals with people in the home. Especially one with severe asthma. Was not offered a new location. 2. It was cold inside. Asked for blankets and was not even acknowledged. 3. Shower water was lukewarm. Hope you don’t appreciate a hot shower.
