We have friends that get an oceanfront home so we only needed a place to sleep and shower. It worked great for what we needed. It needs updated but for what we needed it was perfect and priced reasonably. Would book it again.

Everything was clean and the apartment was located in a nice gated community. The beds were super comfy, however, the room was fairly small with the jacuzzi in full view of both queen beds. The dinette set was different than the one pictured and we got a welcome packet included detergent for a dishwasher, however we had no dishwasher. Overall, it was very nice.

You get what you pay for!

This unit is just adequate for a short stay. Very outdated; bed & bedding should be replaced as well as the carpeting. The old tired coffee maker would have worked if we had coffee cups or mugs available. The code to unlock the door worked sporadically. We stayed there because it’s located in the upscale gated community we are looking to buy in. I wouldn’t stay there again.
