This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely furnished condo is located in Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort. This resort is located just minutes away from Myrtle Beach, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, and some of the finest seafood restaurants in Calabash. Our great location affords easy access to some of the best golfing on the Grand Strand.
This spacious and bright condo features brand new living room furniture, a new 48”Sony flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all of the amenities one would expect from a comfortable condo, a breakfast bar, a separate dining room which comfortably seats 6-8, as well as an outside dining table on our spacious deck overlooking the ninth hole of the Magnolia Golf Course. WiFi is also included.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has one of the best locations in Brunswick Plantation. This second floor condo offers the privacy and security of not being on the ground level, as well as a spectacular view of the golf course. This condo features new living room furniture, new pergo flooring and a new hi def TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The master bedroom offers one new queen size bed as well as a double bed, a dresser, a hi def TV and a private bath. There is also a full size pull out sofa in the living room. The second bedroom is very large, has its own kitchenette, small dining table, dresser and private bath with a whirlpool tub. This large bedroom also has one queen size bed and one double size bed.
There is a spacious deck which spans the length of the living room and bedroom. The property offers two pools, a workout facility and a tennis court. Joggers and walkers are invited to view the plantation while luxuriating in the glorious Carolina sunshine. We have always felt that this condo is our home away from home as it provides you with a warm, inviting environment. This location is perfect for a couples getaway, a family retreat and of course, perfect for a group of golfers who prefer the space and convenience of a condo to a hotel room.
For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Linens and towels are also provided.

My husband Joe and I purchased this condo as a vacation home to enjoy spending quality time with our children and grandchildren. We live on Long Island, New York and have found this area to be a wonderful place to connect with nature and luxuriate in the beautiful Carolina sunshine. There is nothing better than enjoying a relaxing day at Sunset Beach while my husband plays a round of golf at one of many great courses minutes away.
Why they chose this property
This property offers a real sense of community and is centrally located to beaches, shopping outlets,golf courses and restaurants. Each time we pull into our gated community, I am still in awe of the natural beauty of the lush trees, plants and manicured gardens that surround the property.
What makes this property unique
Our condo has an ideal location. We are steps away from the guest pool area, volleyball court, and gym as well as from the 19th Hole which is a great place to have lunch or a drink at the bar after a round of golf. One of the unique benefits of our location is that when my husband Joe is finished with around of golf, he can drive the golf cart right to the steps of our condo to unload. No car necessary!!! This means that I can have the car all to myself to go to the beach or head to the outlets!
