Conveniently located across the road from beach access, this new construction property offers many interior upgrades including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile, and an elevator! The open living room and kitchen area are great for family time. Spread out between four well-appointed bedrooms. Outside, relax on chaise lounge chairs beside the private built-in pool. An umbrella-shaded dining table offers an ideal space for alfresco meals. Pack lightly, your vacation rental includes a washer/dryer.

We loved the oceanfront location of this apartment! Beautiful & peaceful view. The pool was a short walk away. It was the top story (3 flights up) so be prepared. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and value

This property is in an amazing location...right on the beach and so close to pretty much anything you would ever want to do (golf, dining and bars). It's perfect for a couple and maybe ok for a couple with two children (there is only one bathroom). As long as you are in good enough shape to walk up three flights of stairs, you will enjoy this property immensely!

Caswell Beach Dream

We loved everything about this place. The balcony along would have been enough but the furniture in the living area was very comfortable. The mattress in the main bedroom was superb. We slept very well during our stay. It is quiet and private. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back.

This was a great property. Right on the beach. We will definitely stay again. the only negatives were no blind in the master bedroom, and an electrician scheduled at 9 AM on the day of our departure.

The place was very clean and quiet. Great ocean views. The only thing I would change is to have blinds or shades on the windows because the sun is bright and gets you up early. It would also be nice to have an iron and ironing board. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Beautiful View!!!

This was a perfect place for my husband, son and me to spend Thanksgiving! Would have loved a window covering for the front bedroom. Also, keep in mind that it is on the 3rd floor, so lots of steps. The view was amazing and the location is perfect! We would definitely stay here again.
