Conveniently located across the road from beach access, this new construction property offers many interior upgrades including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile, and an elevator! The open living room and kitchen area are great for family time. Spread out between four well-appointed bedrooms. Outside, relax on chaise lounge chairs beside the private built-in pool. An umbrella-shaded dining table offers an ideal space for alfresco meals. Pack lightly, your vacation rental includes a washer/dryer.
