This charming 1BR condo features a prime locale and balcony views of the river, Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina. Easily stroll to popular shops, historic attractions, and local eateries.

Travel under 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach for days on the coast.

Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)

LIVING AREA

Enjoy movie nights in the living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa and a 42 flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The sparkling kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delectable meals. (This unit does not have a dishwasher.)

When its time to eat, the kitchen bar accommodates three.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The bedroom features a king-size bed, a bay window, and a 32 TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Take in amazing views of the Cape Fear River from your private balcony.

This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are available. If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the next-door unit for more space.

This rental boasts an extremely walkable locale, nestled in the Historic District near eateries, shops, and attractions. Outdoor recreation abounds with kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming all nearby.

For a day on the sand, travel under 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.
