This luxury one bedroom, first floor condo is located on the award winning Riverwalk in the heart of Downtown Wilmington. The bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens directly onto the Cape Fear River Walk and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all used towels in the bathroom.
Please remove all food from the refrigerator. Trash cans are located at the North end of the building, beside the mail boxes. Please remove all trash from the unit upon check out.
Please return the key to the lockbox and scramble the numbers. Make sure all doors are closed and locked, and all lights are off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
