Discover historic charm in the heart of Midland in this beautifully restored early‑1900s property that blends timeless character with modern comfort. The main home is 1800 sq ft and the guest home is 360 sq ft.
Both the main house and guesthouse sit on a spacious lot with large, fenced yards, giving you multiple outdoor spaces to relax, play, and gather. This setup is ideal for large work crews, multi‑family stays, or extended group getaways.
Main House – Layout & Style The main home keeps its old‑home character with a semi‑open concept that connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen, making it easy for everyone to cook, eat, and relax together while each space keeps its own cozy identity. A nostalgic pass‑through window functions as a practical island between the kitchen and living area, perfect for serving meals, setting out snacks, or chatting while you cook. Built‑in bookshelves add warmth and personality, styled with decor, books, and games so you always have something to enjoy during downtime.
Kitchen and Dining Area Features • Fully Stocked Kitchen: Includes all essentials for home cooking. • Coffee station with multiple coffee makers so everyone can start the day their way. • Cooking essentials including pots, pans, utensils, and more for simple breakfasts or full group dinners.
Main House Bedrooms Inside the main home, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms. A sequestered king master suite (Helix hybrid mattress) with a walk‑in closet gives you a quiet retreat after a long day. The second king bedroom (Purple3 hybrid) is filled with natural light from oversized windows, and both king bedrooms offer desks perfect for remote work. The third bedroom has two twin beds, giving plenty of space to rest after work or travel, and all bedrooms feature blackout curtains to make it easy to sleep in or stay productive.
The Guest House The studio guesthouse adds even more flexibility with its own private yard, kitchenette, and bath, ideal for extra team members, in‑laws, or anyone who wants a little more privacy. You’ll have a plush queen bed with a Casper mattress, a Ninja Foodi XL Pro Oven, induction stove, and ductless AC/heat split for personalized comfort. Outside, a propane fire pit and access to a secure storage building make it great for storing equipment, bikes, or gear between jobs or adventures.
Outdoor Spaces Step outside to relax in the cowboy pool, clean and pump‑filtered, ready for lounging, dipping, or watching a West Texas sunset. You can choose from three grills (propane and charcoal) to cook out, then gather at the picnic table for dinner under the lights or around one of the fire features to share stories and s’mores. With two fenced yards, there’s plenty of space for kids to play, adults to unwind, and everyone to enjoy the open air.
