This newly-built home is conveniently located adjacent to the underground parking access for ease in loading/unloading your luggage and gear. When you arrive, you will step onto the heat-traced walkways and open your front door. Welcome to your beautiful mountain getaway! This 1370 sq. ft home is just steps away from one of the two large community hot tubs. At the entrance, you will find a mudroom with a secure ski closet for your gear. The property features a fully-appointed, modern kitchen with granite countertops, an in-unit washer/dryer, and new furnishings throughout. The living room includes a new 40” flat screen TV with DVD player, with additional flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.
The upstairs master bedroom and living room both offer decks with views, and a gas fireplace. In the living room, you will find a dining area for 6, as well as barstools for another 3. The master bedroom offers a King bed, 42” TV, walk-in closet and private, full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a 36” TV, while bedroom three includes 2 Twin beds and a 32” TV. The downstairs bathroom offers double sinks with a shower/tub combo, and can be divided for privacy.

The hot tub nearest to the unit was shut down. With full snow, this unit would be true ski in/ski out. We were just there at the end of the season and had to walk to and from the slopes. I found the lack of a front office to be weird. Everything is done through a tablet and text message. Very decentralized so if there is an issue at check in or with the unit, I am not sure what would happen. The unit's proximity to the slopes means you don't need to worry about parking.
Lovely views, nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Would stay here again.

Stayed at a ski in ski out condo. The lift for this use however was not open, therefore ski and ski out in truth was not possible. Wish they may have provided notification/disclosure prior to our booking.

We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with.
When traveling to Mammoth and staying in any vacation rental it is helpful to understand the relationship your vacation rental manager has to the property. The VR manager you book with has a contract with the owner of the individual condo, and is responsible for the studs-in portion of the condo (interior only) while the complex usually has its own maintenance staff (paid for by the Homeowner's Association) who is responsible for the studs-out (or anything exterior to the condo you booked). This means that every condo in Mammoth may be managed by different companies, and regardless of which manager you book through, none of us have any control over the neighbors, parking, or common area facilities, or maintenance. When you access amenities (such as lifts, hot tubs, pools, parking, or laundry etc.) you do so as guests of the homeowner. Individual vacation rental managers have no control or information about outages, maintenance schedules, etc.

This condo is located above Eagle Lodge, excellent location for winter skiing. In summer a car is necessary, or you can hop on the shuttle. It was clean and well designed. The view was fabulous, looking east you can see Lake Crawley. The management company was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this condo and the management company.
Close to to the village. Nice home, fully stocked. Beautiful view. It was a bit warm and no AC but it cooled down at night. We fished, hiked, mountain biked, ate dinner at the village. A great vacation!
Comfortable for six people, clean, good ski in ski out location next to Eagle Lodge. It took a while to heat the main living area, but once the heat reached 70° it was not an issue. We did find some space heaters after the fact. The assigned parking space and guest parking was convenient. Overall very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for skiers but a drive to the town so be prepared. We chose this spot knowing exactly where it was as we had stayed at Juniper lodge previously. We knew that if it snowed we wouldn’t be going anywhere…and it did. For two straight days. That said the house worked really well for us and we would come again

Condo was as described, kitchen was well stocked and the view from the family room was great. There is so much snow this year (April 2023) there was a 20 foot tall tunnel of snow leading to our unit so you can not ski in or ski out of any of the units at this point. It is possible to ski to the Juniper Lodge and then walk up the road to the Eagle Run.

Condo was cozy and comfortable. I was concerned about it being too warm in the summer but there were fans available. After being out all day, we used the fans to bring in the cool evening air from outside. The luggage carts made transporting our belonging easily. All in all it was an enjoyable stay and would visit again.

The views from this property are amazing. The luggage carts are also a life saver for hauling all gear from the garage. In summer, the top floor (master) can really heat up so our only suggestion would be a ceiling fan up there or some box fans supplied. We brought our own fans knowing the weather would be hot.

This condo is spacious and in a great location. It is at the end of the complex so not quite as convenient as the other condos. You have to walk through the garage to get to the slopes - but that might have been because of all the snow. Would have been nice to know this when we booked. Also the wifi needs upgrading. It was very slow. Other than that a great place to stay and enjoy Mammoth. Beautiful views and sunsets from the condo which was a bonus.

Yes the snow when abundant sometimes causes one to walk through the garage to get to the slopes however most of the time you can ski in ski out without garage travel from this property. Also the wifi is the best the town offers however when the town is super busy with travelers visiting this small mountain town can not handle the influx of band width usage. Its does slow a little but then gets stronger when the population reduces after busy holidays.
Amazing views......sunrise & sunsets were
breathtaking. Nice location & clean, but quite a few stairs. Garage is convenient, jacuzzi is close to the unit, ski slopes are a short walk through the complex. Overall we would definitely recommend the property & the management was always available with any issues. The check out list made for some comic relief since there is a fine for anything you might forget to do. Example: Leave a light on that’s $25 or a shade cracked that will cost you $25 too. 😂😂😂 We will be back next year!
