Escape to this charming cottage in picturesque Bradenton Beach. Nestled within a tree grove, the cottage features 2 bedrooms. Five min walk to Bridge Steet and free trolley servicing the entire island.

Due to the construction in the area, $50 discount per night is factored into the price.

Inside the cottage there is a nice living room with a futon, a galley kitchen, laundry room and a full bathroom. The backyard deck is amidst a serene picnic area with table and grill. Enjoy pickle ball close by.

Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this comfy cottage is the perfect place to unwind. It is also located next door to our other 1 bedroom cottage (20112769) for those who wish to book both cottages together for group-family gatherings.

It is a nice place. The furnitures in the bathroom and the bedrooms a little old but overall is a nice little place.

There's a difference between "old" and antique or classic. The vanity in the bathroom is an antique which is in keeping with a 100 year old cottage, which arguably makes it too an antique. Old Florida is what makes AMI unique and so our cottages reflect that.

The cottage was absolutely adorable. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for the pier, shops, restaurants and beach. The pickle ball court is a plus. So glad we discovered this gem. Hope to return in the future.

The location was great for me as I always walk or use the A.M.I. Trolley to get around. The cottage was well furnished, (as far as appliances and kitchen equipment). There were plenty of nice towels and linens. I would not recommend this location for a large group or family with small children, (no yard space for outside activities). The living room furniture and throw rugs are worn and dated. As a solo traveler I would stay there again as the size and location fit my needs very nicely. And communication with the owners was always positive and pleasant.

Everything was conveniently located close to the beach, pier and restaurants. Free bus that travels the whole beach. House was clean and answered questions promptly.

We love old Florida which AMI features perhaps more than anywhere else. We bought two cottages, fixed them up to keep that charm on going. We decided to rent one out, now we rent both. We certainly appreciate when our guests comment about the old FL experience.

Why they chose this property

Some of that old rustic beach town ambiance has been preserved here.

What makes this property unique

The trees are the reason we bought the cottages. If the best thing about the sun is the shade, we have the best of both worlds right here. Enjoy lunch at the picnic table in the shade while the sun is baking every place else. If sun tone is your thing, just step out of the shade and over to the beach and have a dip in the biggest swimming pool around, the gulf. Or enjoy a game of pickleball right across the street.
