The house has several useable outside areas including a large covered front porch , a covered area on the side for dining outside or cornhole, a patio area in the rear with a fire pit. Please use the front door to come and go as this is the code you will have to get in and out of the house to lock it. Please ONLY LOCK the dead bolt -not the knob.
All Trash should be placed in the large can in a bag next to the A/C unit on the side of the house.
Please strip beds of sheets and place used towels in the tub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
