A spacious family room and a game room with a dining table that doubles as a pool or ping pong table flanks the modern kitchen area. The house has several usable outside areas including a large covered front porch, a covered area on the side for dining or cornhole, and a patio area in the rear with a fire pit. It is in close proximity to the University of Tennessee and is only 4 miles away from Downtown Knoxville. The house is also under an hour drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! This home is a perfect choice for your next Tennessee adventure- we can’t wait to have you!

All Trash should be placed in the large can in a bag next to the A/C unit on the side of the house.

Please strip beds of sheets and place used towels in the tub

This was probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed at!Super comfortable and up to date. It was extremely well done in all areas. Pool/ping pong table was a huge hit. The house was extremely well appointed with very nice furnishings. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our time in Knoxville.
