The amenities and neighborhood left a lot to be desired. Owner/Host was a very nice person. Just seemed to be a rehab in a development that needed a lot of work and the listing is deceptive. Left the very next day and booked a hotel.

This was by far the worst vacation rental I’ve ever had. The AC didn’t work and the host didn’t truly care. The heat kept my toddler up and might’ve messed with his system. Never again.

I had a really great stay here in North Miami. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I especially liked the private entrance, which made the stay feel very peaceful and independent. The porch was a nice bonus to relax outside.The host was very responsive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the value for the price is honestly hard to beat for the Miami area.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay.
