We did enjoy our stay and appreciated the great location, so I hesitate to leave a negative review. The room was located on the second floor of a home with a private entrance, and the bedroom opened onto a patio with a large dining table that connected to other bedrooms and a shared kitchen.Check-in and check-out were very easy, and we appreciated being allowed to check in early and check out late. The front door had a secure access code.That said, the property overall did not appear to be very well maintained. There were rooms with garbage, and the shared kitchen and common areas could have been better cared for and kept in a more sanitary condition. The bedroom itself was minimally stocked with soap, one roll of toilet paper, and a towel.For transparency, I also rented the downstairs apartment at the same property and will be leaving a separate review for that unit. The sanitary conditions there were worse with floors, tables, and the pool rim consistently covered in a thick layer of dirt throughout our stay.While the front door felt secure, the garage door did not lock, which raised some concern about the safety of personal belongings, although nothing was taken during our stay.
