Newly build apartment in the heart of Lima's coast. 20 mins from the airport and Lima's main touristic attractions, easy access 24/7 lobby and door security. Enjoy walking along Costa Verde's parks and the breeze of Lima's ocean.

I am Daniel, Peruvian native. I Currently live in Miami and my apartment in Lima is available to be enjoyed by adventurous people traveling to Lima Peru to discover the country and its world renowned cuisine. I have set up the apartment for total comfort. Bienvenido!

From the doormen all the way to the residents, it's a building of friendly and courteous people and Daniel, the Host, is no different. He was 'Johnny on the spot' as we say in the states if we needed anything. Awesome experience. Great ambiance.

Costanera

Condo with ocean front, nice walks in the evenings watching the sunset. Excellent restaurant just beside the building. Close by amenities, such as small market, local restaurants with affordable every day menu, convenience stores. Very secure, and comfortable. I recommended and definitely going back if it is available for my next trip.

Your Lima Oasis by the Sea

I had a fantastic 30-day stay at Daniel's condo! The location was perfect, offering both convenience and safety. The stunning view from the condo was the icing on the cake.
