Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all dishes are in dishwasher, place tablet and start (NO POTS AND PANS) wash all pots and pans leave in dry sink to dry Please empty all trash in the kitchen trash can.
Clean out frig of all food place in kitchen trashcan, unopened water and drinks are welcomed to leave for other guests ONLY. Please clean any trash from outside sitting areas.
Please place all towels and washcloths in washer machine, before checkout Return key to lockbox If you use Kwikset, use top kwikset button to lock Turn all TV's off and place remotes on tables
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no gatherings or parties. Guest will confirm number of guests at the time of reservation others will be considered trespassers. Thank you!
