We were a group of 12 ladies visiting St Augustine for golf. Paul's 4 houses exceeded our expectations, and he is a terrific host. He responded very timely to all of my many questions and was very helpful. The homes have identical layouts that have a master bedroom with attached bath and two additional bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. They were modern, clean and well stocked with essentials. The beds were super comfortable.We didn't use the yards, but these would be perfect for family groups. The living rooms are large enough that all 12 of us could congregate in one house in the evening. The one thing Paul couldn't control was the weather that prevented us playing golf for 2 days. But his recommendations took us into St Augustine for adventure and food. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to be back again. We highly recommend his properties, thanks so much Paul!
