This 3,628 square foot plantation style home sits on .72 acres and includes 111 feet of Lake Norman shoreline. It has over 2,000 square feet of covered porches and balconies on both east & west sides of the house, giving you ample opportunities in rocking chairs, a hammock, and dining spaces to enjoy sun or shade.

We do not host events or parties at our home. We require you to ask permission if you want to hold any event with more guests than you have registered on your reservation. For example, if you have 10 guests listed, we ask that you ask permission before holding an event with more than 10 people. This protects our home, and our relationships with our neighbors and the trash service.

Important to note that the PRIVATE boat ramp adjacent to house must remain clear and available for occasional owner access. It is not available to be used by guests.
