We are natives to the area and love Northern Michigan. Both being born and raised here, we are no strangers to what the local area has to offer. From hidden gems to well advertised events. We enjoy cooking meals together with family and friends. Taking out the snowmobiles for a ride to spending timeless days on Torch Lake enjoying the water and sun. Jon enjoys Dirt-biking when he can and Jamie enjoys going out on long hikes. Together, we love the four seasons that Northern Michigan has to offer and making memories.

So why The Whispering Pines? First off, its perfectly located to do anything regardless if you enjoy the outdoors or not. Shopping and entertainment can be about 25 minutes away, snowmobile trails are less than 2 minutes away, hiking is just outside your door. We offer our guest variety and space. Secondly, you have plenty of space to stretch amongst 10 acres of land and walk hand made trails that lye within the property lines.

The Whispering Pines has everything you need. Comfort. Space. Rustic accents, Wifi and on a clear nights...beautiful stars. It a great place to unwind from your job, have a little getaway from the norm and breath in the fresh air of Northern Michigan on the front porch.
