Welcome to your Winter Park getaway—an updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath Meadow Ridge condo with sweeping mountain views and resort-style amenities just minutes from Winter Park Resort, hiking, biking, lakes, golf, and Rocky Mountain National Park. 

Perfect for families and groups, this spacious three-level condo comfortably sleeps 8+ and features a bright open living area with large windows, stunning views, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, games, toys, books, and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, crockpot, blender, coffee maker, and dining space for gathering together. 

Sleeping arrangements include a loft primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bath, Smart TV, and room-darkening shades, a lower-level queen bedroom with ensuite bath and Smart TV, and a bunk room with full-over-full bunks and Smart TV, plus two sofa beds available upon request. 

Family-friendly amenities include a Pack ’n Play, highchair, baby gate, baby bathtub, Baby Bjorn, and kid-friendly dinnerware. Step onto the private balcony to grill on the BBQ and take in beautiful Rocky Mountain sunsets. 

Guests enjoy free parking directly in front of the condo, keyless self check-in, in-unit laundry, and complimentary access to the Meadow Ridge Clubhouse across the street with a heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, game room, and tennis, pickleball, racquetball, and basketball courts. 

The free shuttle to Winter Park Resort is within walking distance for easy access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, dining, and year-round events. Nearby highlights include Granby Ranch Golf Course, Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake, Grand Lake, Fraser River Trail, Devil’s Thumb Pass, and countless outdoor adventures. 

Parking for up to two vehicles. Please note this is a three-floor end unit with stairs required for entry. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Ski and snowboard gear must be stored in the secure outdoor locker, and ski boots are not permitted inside.

Proximity to Winter Park, Granby and Grand Lake. It's a beautiful area with so much to offer in every season.

What makes this property unique

Open living room with wood burning fireplace and attached balcony. The kitchen flows into the dining room and living room which allows you to cook dinner and be a part of the action.

The upstairs bedroom is your own quiet retreat including a king bed and private bathroom. The lower-level bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom has bunks with a full over a full and a TV, there is a bathroom down the hall.

This is an end unit with no other units above or below. There are 4 beds prepared. There are also 2 sofa beds, sheets available upon request. Happy to arrange for a large family gathering and set out additional sheets and bedding ahead of time.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need including oven, microwave, stove, toaster, blender, coffee maker, spices and condiments. We have Wi-fi and cable as well as streaming services like Netflix, Apple+ and Disney+.

Meadow Ridge clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool, 2 over-sized hot tubs, high-quality workout facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer month, there are several tennis and pickle ball courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent. Just a 30 second walk to the Bus stop that takes you to the resorts or town.
