Welcome to our beautiful 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, located just a few miles away from the magic of Disney World. This property is the perfect retreat for a family or group of friends looking to experience all that the area has to offer.

As soon as you enter the home, you'll be greeted by the spacious and open-plan living area, complete with a comfortable sofa and large flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, and the dining area provides the perfect space for enjoying meals together.

Step outside and take a dip in the private, heated pool in the backyard. Relax poolside on one of the comfortable lounge chairs and enjoy the warm Florida sun. The kids will love splashing around in the water, and the outdoor movie projector is perfect for an evening movie night.

After a day of exploring the theme parks, unwind in the private pool or watch a movie on the outdoor projector.

The kids will love the Marvel arcade game and themed bedrooms, including a princess bedroom and a Marvel bedroom.

And for the adults, there are comfortable king and queen bedroom suites to retreat to at the end of the day.

The clean, sleek kitchen provides the ideal vacation hub for the family, with all new appliances and enough space everyone.

All high touch services are individually sanitized for your protection (door knobs, remotes, etc).

The cool-colored living room accommodates numerous guests and will leave you feeling relaxed with it's calming features and comfy couch.

Have work to do? We got you covered! We now have a remote workspace located in the upstairs Queen suite. Complete with desk, chair and computer monitor.

Each bedroom is spacious and designed with the vacationer in mind, providing you and your family with the getaway you need to unwind after an adventurous day in sunny Orlando, FL or the nearby beaches on either coast. All bedrooms have their own cable TV.

Three of the 5 bedrooms have their own private bathroom! One kids room is decorated with a princess theme and another is decorated with a Marvel theme. Three adult rooms are calm spaces for the grown ups to relax in privacy.


The Marvel room and queen room downstairs share a hall bathroom.

The king suite and queen suite upstairs have their own bathrooms. The princess room upstairs has its own bathroom located in the hall.

Located in the heart of Disney World Area. Shops, Outlets, Major Parks and Restaurants are within a short distance by car. Fast food and grocery store are just outside the neighborhood entrance.

This property provides first rate amenities and a private pool (small size) nestled in the backyard.

The house is only 4 years old and offers a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, wine glasses, all the cookware and dinnerware you could need. Free Internet Access (WiFi), Cable Tv, Dinning Room Area, Living Room, Bedding, Pool & Bath towels and more! Along with the neighborhood waterslide, large pools, lazy river ride, beach volleyball, putt putt golf (mini golf), and kayak rental.

Although our home has stairs, two bedrooms are located downstairs so not all guests are required to climb stairs.

Note about taxes: the following taxes are charged on all vacation rentals in Kissimmee: 6% Florida State General Sales and Use Tax, 1.5% Osceola County General Sales and Use Tax, 6% Transient Rental Tax

Parking passes will be provided for you by the guard to enter the gated access to the neighborhood throughout your stay. Please note: Proof of rental reservation is required to access the lazy river and clubhouse area.

**Please note the following rental policies**

- No smoking (min $300 fine).
- Pets now allowed! ($190 pet fee per stay). Also, Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a service animal with you).
- No events, parties or large gatherings.
- Young children MUST wear a swim diaper in the pool at all times. NO regular diapers are allowed in the pool.t
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors.
- Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal).
- Signed Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter).
Pool Heat is not included in the reservation. The cost is $30.00 per night with a 3 night minimum required. Please let us know if you would like to add this amenity to your reservation.
- Children must be monitored at the pool at all times. Absolutely no diving (since the pool is too shallow for diving).

Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a Starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, 2 laundry detergent pods, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel). Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest. Multiple shopping areas are less than a mile from the house.
