Escape to this marvelous house on a private lake just a block from the beach in picturesque Fort Myers Beach! With 4 bedrooms as well as 2 cozy sofa beds, this beautiful property offers space for 12-18 guests to relax. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with both showers & a bathtub, hair dryers and all amenities included. Whether you're looking to unwind in the cozy living room or cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen, rock away on the deck enjoying morning coffee or afternoon mimosas or even lay on hammocks by the lake this adorable house has everything you need for a memorable stay including an arcade, pool table, air hockey and ping pong! And don’t forget the old school board/cards games for both adults and kids! This property also backs up to the natural preserve with trails to the back bay. We are also only 1 mile from downtown shops and restaurants - an easy 15 min walk! And if would rather take a ride, free city trolley right in the corner of the house to go anywhere on the beach! Publix is also just down the road for any grocery needs!

Great vacation house in a great ara of activities. The layout of the home provided great ability to be together and have privacy as well. The beds were very very comfortable.

Great proximity to the quieter end of the beach. We enjoyed walking downtown each morning. Host was very communicative. Plenty of space for all of us!
