Come stay at our little paradise! Our home offers five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a large private heated swimming pool, right along the canal leading out to the Gulf. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf. We are nestled between the bay and beach and located on the north end of the island, across the street from Lynn Hall Park and seven miles of sugar sand beach. We are only a few minute walk away from the heart of the action, such as Times Square, Fishing, Restaurants, Beach Shops, water sports. For those of you who came to relax, we are tucked away next to a canal where you can stay home and enjoy the quiet back yard oasis, with a large heated swimming pool, hot tub. You can also sit on the dock and look for manatees or dolphins that often visit our canal. If you're a boater, bring or rent a boat and tie it up on our dock. We are just minutes from the Gulf! Large boats may run into problems with low tide. Let us know if you will have a boat. Moss Marina is just around the corner from us as well. You may be able to keep your boat there, if it is large.
We will soon have our large deck ready on the top of our house, where you can see for miles in every direction. You have front row seats for the fire works on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve.
The entire house sleeps up to 12 people. There are STEPS going up to main levels. This is great for multiple families, each family can have their private area. Due to being located on the North end of the island, you can avoid long a long wait in traffic after getting off the bridge onto Estero Blvd. Another plus is we are located on the the North end of the island. The the busy times of year, it can take a very long time to get down to the south end of island by car.
The floor plan of this 5 bedroom home gives your family or families plenty of room. The lower level features 2 bedrooms, each with a King bed, and each with their own bathroom. We have a large kitchen and dining area. The living room has a sleeper sofa a large flat screen TV, plus a pool table. It also features a nice outdoor deck overlooking the pool and the canal. There is seating area on the deck if you prefer to eat outside. There is also laundry room on the main level for your use. There is some some laundry soap included as well.
The upper level has three bedrooms; a King sized Master Bedroom with a master bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin sized bed. The third bedroom has 1 queen bed. There are two sets of French doors leading out to a large deck overlooking the pool and the canal and Bay. There are steps leading into the upper level for a private entrance to the upstairs.
There are also flat screen TV's in each bedroom. There is a kitchenette with a small washer and dryer upstairs as well. The bathroom in the upper area is huge, it has a steam shower is large enough to have a party in it!
The house is equipped with Wi Fi. The bathrooms have bath towels, pool towels and beach towels.
There is another full bathroom is located at the bottom of the steps leading out to the pool.
Outside you will find: An outdoor griddle, outdoor dining areas. Most guests love spending most of their time either by the pool, or or fishing off of our dock. There are bikes available for rent just a few blocks away. You are minutes away from Times Square, where you can sign up for fishing trips, rent boats, go para sailing, or take a dolphin watching tour. You can even take a day trip to Key West. The Key West Express loads up just across the bridge from us.

Note: We have set it up to rent this out from Saturday to Saturday each week. This helps our cleaning crew schedule their time to clean as well as keeping the calendar organized during the busy season.
Although, in the off season, you can contact me directly, if you need different days.
A short term rental agreement is required to be signed.
There will also be a $1,250.00 Security Deposit hold.
