The host was great in communicating and available when needed. The room was clean with a nice view of the ocean. Also, everyone at Flagship were very nice and helpful. My children had such a wonderful time.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the sunrise and ocean. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Had issues with the key cards a few times but finally got them working correctly. Main concern was the air conditioning shut off at night and couldn't get it back on until it kicked on in the morning.
