LOCATION
The studio is perfectly positioned with excellent public transport links to central London, the Euro star and airports.
The main feature about this place is its location, the area couldn't be better; it is one of the most desirable, well-sought, green, affluent areas of London.
Belsize Park, a safe, family and culture filled area, is nestled between trendy Primrose Hill, lively Camden Lock and market and upmarket Hampstead village. It is an ideal place from where you can explore London in all its glory and still have plenty of space and a good night's rest.
You couldn't go Greener!! there are so many parks to visit,
Hampstead heath, Regents park, Primrose Hill
5 minutes away is "Spring health leisure center" It offers visitors a "payasugym" membership, check out their website of the same name. It's small but a great local gym that many of our local celebs use including Helena Bonhom-Carter & Chris martin use regularly There is also a walk in cresh.
The area, although only short bus ride from the center of town, has a charming village atmosphere, with the busy high street and a lovely range of local shops, restaurants, cafes, charming pubs, bars, a health and beauty spa, the Hampstead theatre (Swiss Cottage), a boutique cinema (the Everyman Belsize Park) and the Imax cinema (Odeon Swiss Cottage) just around the corner. Along with historical landmarks to visit within walking distance, including Keats' House (home of the poet) and Kenwood House (as featured in the film Notting Hill).
A short walk down the hill in Camden there is London's most famous street market with great street food as well as a great range of bars, pubs, restaurants and gig venues, including the Roundhouse that hosts theatre and music performances regularly.
In the cobbled mews' of Hampstead village there are a wide range of shops including teashops, the Hampstead Antiques Emporium for those who like to go antiquing, fashion shops and another boutique cinema (the Everyman Hampstead), all a short walk from the flat.
Best of all is the locality to three of London's most famous parks. The vast green expanse of Hampstead Heath is only a stone's throw away with superb views over London and swimming ponds for hot days. The wonderful Primrose Hill, featuring a panoramic view of the city, is 15mins walk away. With Regent's Park the other side of the hill, encompassing London Zoo, a variety of gardens, sports fields, and the renowned outdoor theatre for summer performance.
As you can imagine, it's a great place for celebrity spotting Local residents include Helena Bonham- Carter, Gwyneth Paltrow, Hugh Laurie, Chris Martin, of the band 'Coldplay', Cameron Diaz, Jude Law and many others including the "Primrose Hill' Set.

LOCAL PUBS
HOLLY BUSH
“One of London's favorite pubs, The Holly Bush has been untouched by the ravages of time and has a captivating old-world charm. Bought from the estate of artist George Romney around 1800 it was turned into a public house and, as the headquarters of the Save Hampstead Heath Society, has played an integral part in the history of Hampstead Heath.”
SPANIARDS INN
“As one of London's oldest pubs, The Spaniards has earned itself a place in the history books, quite literally. Dickens immortalized it in The Pickwick Papers, and it's said that Keats wrote Ode to a Nightingale here over a claret or two. Indeed, our characterful 16th century inn is a romantic idyll in itself, with a few tales of its own to tell (Dick Turpin was apparently born here, need we say more?). A country pub in the city, we boast a garden grand enough to rival the great Heath itself, roaring fires in the winter and plenty of intriguing nooks in which to muse over our superlative drinks menu.”
THE OLD WHITE BEAR
“The interior has been restored to create a stylish yet informal ambiance: 19th century English pine dressers, tables and the central bar, colorful tile tabletops and floor area and warm fires. Add the final ingredient of friendly, efficient service and the welcoming “home from home” feel is complete.”
LANSDOWNE
“When the Lansdowne's doors first opened back in 1992, the aim was simple; to bring quality pub eating to Primrose Hill. Although no-one knew the term at the time, in 17 years that have passed, The Lansdowne has become one of the stalwarts of the gastro-pub scene. Our blackboard menu changes daily and our vibrant Mediterranean cuisine is inspired. Best of all, The Lansdowne has that unmistakable feel of something traditional; large wooden tables, high ceilings, a roaring fire in winter.”
