The property is light, modern with an outdoor dining terrace to the rear on the first floor of a Victorian House. It is very central, a short walk from Oxford Circus, Regents Park or Fitzroy square. Further Leicester Square, Theatreland, Chinatown, Covent Garden, Selfridges, Carnaby Street, The Royal Academy, Fortnum's, Mayfair and Bond Street are easily accessible.
24 hour independent check in. Kindly note that that check out time is 10am and check in 4.00pm. We do out best to accommodate hours outside these parameters when possible. Also please take care on the terrace, it can be slippery in the wet.
We ask our clients to respect the flat and furniture very carefully and to use the heating responsibly. In some older listings you might see references to an arrival pack. We discontinued this number of years ago as many guests did not use it and the contents had to be thrown away.

This accommodation is well located for accessing central London. It does, however, need to be refreshed. Communication with the host was excellent.
Jane is an amazing host! Communication was awesome and easy!!! The property location could not be better! It’s so easy to get EVERYWHERE from this flat. I felt very safe walking with my son alone at night. I hope to be back to London soon and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location to visit London. You are within walking distance to several transportation hubs. There amazing mom & pop restaurants on your street. If you plan to stay there in the summer keep in mind there is no AC nor a fan so keep that in mind. I would stay there again.
Perfect quiet location away from the hub of central London. Short walk to museums and great restaurants, easy access to the tube. would gladly stay here again!

The property location is fabulous. Walkable to many destinations with many tube stations close by. Lots of restaurant and pubs on the same street.The bathroom sink could be a bigger and tub could be lower as it was hard to get in and out.The washer/dryer wasn’t working. Jane the host was horrible at communicating! Overall it was a great place and we probably would stay there again!

I agree there is no washer dryer, there is a washing machine operational in the flat and a dryer in the landing cupboard.

My husband and I stayed here while on a short trip to London. The location of this apartment was wonderful, we were able to access multiple underground stations and walk easily to different sites. It is small but comfortable, everything we needed while in town.

Central, walkable location. Property was as per photos. Terrace is a welcome bonus. Bed is Australian double but comfortable. Needed windows open for ventilation which means steet noise from downstairs eateries and extraction exhaust noise near the bedroom window til about 5am. Great hot water and well quipped connotations kitchen.
Great communication, nice flat, very close to transportation, great neighborhood, outside deck is a huge bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for public transportation. There are 4 tubes stations, train station and multiple bus stops all within a short walk. There are various grocery stores and more restaurants then you can imagine. The bed was comfortable. It all worked well for my husband and me. There are two flights of stairs which I couldn't have been able to get my luggage up. Stayed for two weeks. Would go back in a second.

Very enjoyable stay. Just as advertised. Location was great with easy access to underground and lots of good restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay again.

This is a comfortable one bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The location was ideal for us. Close to many restaurants, bars and transport. The kitchen is well equipped. Easy access. Better than advertised, we would be happy to stay here again.
The flat was comfortable and in a perfect location. Jane and James were extremely responsive and kind to answer questions , especially when upon my arrival I was sleep deprived and cognitively struggling. Fantastic stay.

This London flat is one of our favourite places as it is so central with many London attractions within walking distance. We enjoy using the flat as a base from which to work. It has its own outdoor space for eating, working or just chatting too! We enjoy walking in Regents Park or playing tennis.
Why they chose this property
Fitzrovia is a favourite central London location for us so close to the centre with media, clothing, and construction businesses.
The street has a community atmosphere with small restaurants, cafes and excellent fish and chips.
Within a very easy distance are Fitzroy Square, another Fitzrovia centre with a well renowned fish restaurant + trendy new diner and very popular classic London pubs. John Lewis and Oxford street are other irresistible, nearby attractions for me at least!
