Beautiful home....beautiful location

Was an awesome vacation! Celebrated our parents 60th wedding anniversary! Only issue was the cleanliness of the house. But....would still stay again!

Great House

House was very clean and well equipped. Loved the two refrigerators and stand alone icemaker. Beds were comfortable. House is Next to public access so beach was more crowded than other houses we have rented in Fort Morgan. We would still rent it again.

Family Vacation

Every other summer my (very large) family goes on vacation together. We have four grown children, their significant others, and two granddaughters. This house worked perfectly for the 12 of us. It is so roomy and allowed everyone to have their own space. You are just steps from the beach. A big plus was having 2 refrigerators and 2 sets of washers and dryers. We had a wonderful week and made precious memories.

Very Nice house

This house worked perfectly for our family of 18. Having each separate bedroom with its own private bathroom was one reason we chose this property and it worked great. Being at the end of the peninsula was also a big plus for us. We were quite a ways from the large crowds and that was great. You are next to a public access, but there are several of them so that really wasn't a big deal. The negatives of the stay were when were arrived the house was not very clean. There was sand all over the floor and everything was very dusty. We quickly found that sweeping the floor is needed often during a week stay. The main negative was we went the whole week without having WIFI because the modem was dead when we arrived and it took until Friday to get a new one and get it installed. The real estate company that manages the house said that they would make it right with us, but never did anything. Cell phone coverage was not great so having WIFI would have been very nice as it was advertised. I still rate this property at 5 stars because it wasn't the house/property owners fault that we had no WIFI.

Lightening took out the entire block's internet the day prior to your arrival. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the internet company when they can get the repairs done, which is usually not a very fast process along the peninsula. We are so sorry for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. Again, thanks for taking the time to review and we hope we get the chance to welcome you guys again in the future!

Super nice house. Only downfall is it is right at the public beach access and you have to share beach space. We had no problem with this.

Great being on beach

We loved being on the beach with gorgeous views and covered balcony. The property was just not clean, for anyone’s standards. We had to go buy cleaning supplies when we arrived after 12 hour car ride to clean windows and wipe kitchen down...etc. At this price point, you would expect better upkeep and of the house. It needs general maintenance. All that being said, we had a great week and created a lot of memories. Note-you are right next to the public beach access so you will have a lot of people heading to the beach and trying to set up shop on your part of private beach.

As I do agree things should have been tidy at the time of arrival, I truly wish we had the opportunity to make things right during your stay. We did receive a call from you about the stair banister but we could have also sent a housekeeper back down to do the needed additional cleaning. All of our staff within the office has been with us for a number of years and we are truly customer oriented, so am very disappointed to hear of your experience and will work to address any possible miscommunication that may possibly have occurred. I'm happy to hear you otherwise enjoyed our beautiful beaches and made some new family memories!

Lots of room

Our family reunion was a blast. This house is setup for multiple families with lots if kids. The kids had their own space on the 3rd floor, and there is multiple seating downstairs. We enjoyed our time at the beach!
