From inside the central and expansive living/kitchen/dining area the views are breathtaking. The spacious, upgraded kitchen is well stocked and surrounded by two dining areas with additional bar seating to enjoy meals together with your entire group. When not dining there is plenty of comfortable living room furniture to kick back and waste the day away! Off the main living area are 4 bedrooms; 2 Gulf front with private decks, separate TVs, and all the comforts of home. As you move to the 2nd level you'll find a large 5th bedroom with a full private bath and the oversized, private master suite with panoramic Gulf views, a king size bed, and large on-suite bathroom to help relax in peace after a day soaking up the sunshine and waves.

Even after all of this, the home has an abundance of amenities and upgrades that are sure to impress. The home was recently renovated at the end of 2020 and has the feel of a new home. It sleeps 16 with comfort and boasts a large open area under the home to gather, barbecue, and play. Nice House

My family fell in love with the house and the beach. It was perfect. So many times when looking at 6 bedrooms you find bunk beds…this house didn’t. Which we liked. We cooked all our meals and did not have any issue with lack of pots, pans, utensils and such. We are planning on returning next year!

Sea Glass

Beautiful property with outstanding views! Easy walk out access to the beach. Very spacious with lots of seating for large groups. Loved it!

The size of this house was perfect for our family of 13. Perfect for the kids to have room to run around. We always look for a house that has a big screened in porch and this house fit the bill. However, the porch does need repairs. We had to call about a hole in the floor and they were very quick to respond. The hole could not be fixed but Reed is taking that up with the home owner. I know it is hard to find help and when we arrived the house was not as clean as it should have been. The floors were covered in sand, the back porch had not been swept and the rugs they have on the porch need to be replaced. The temps were in the low 80s while we were there and the air conditioner had a hard time staying cool, we went and bought fans which helped. We did encounter a roach problem but they have bug spray under the kitchen sink so they must be aware of the problem. Overall we would consider renting this house again if the air and porch problems are addressed.
