The home is very clean and welcoming. It is decorated in a beach theme, which is very welcoming in the desert heat. We chose to have the pool heated because it was early in the season, and enjoyed being able to walk right in without gasping. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were prompt in responding to a few questions we had. Great hiking nearby.

We stayed at the property for the entire month of February 2026. It exceeded our expectations. Great layout with nice kitchen. Stocked with spices and cookware. The hot tub was wonderful, enjoyed every evening. The pool was delightful especially on those hot days we experienced. The hosts were wonderful and timely with a few requests due to our tech limitations. Great mountain biking within riding distance of this location at Deem Hills. Definitely would stay here again.

House was just as pictured in the photos, We took a chance as first renters, there were a few hiccups, but Matthew and his wife were responsive. We did not use the pool, so all we can comment on was the privacy and the fence, which there is to keep children out. The set up of the house, especially the large table, was bonus for a family Thanksgiving. There is a nice green area across the street, as well as close access to walking trails for your dog. The neighborhood is clean and well kept and shopping is close by.
