The condo was completely renovated and everything is brand new. Fully furnished, well equipped kitchen with all necessities. Beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella provided. Full sized washer/dryer to keep up with laundry. Nice table and chairs on lanai for meals and morning coffee. Owners were responsive and friendly with communication. Highly recommend this unit!

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo—everything was so clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Sanibel Island is truly a slice of paradise, and we absolutely loved our dinner at Doc Ford’s (the Yucatan shrimp was amazing!). The only thing we didn’t love were the no-see-ums—they were definitely persistent—but even they couldn’t take away from such a great experience. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!

Everything about this unit is 100% off the charts. It’s beautiful and clean and spacious. Beds and couch are comfortable. Very kind of gadget was available in the kitchen. The location is perfect for shelling. Totally recommend this unit to anyone.

This condo suited my family perfectly !! The unit was extremely clean, very comfortable, fully furnished, is close to the elevator, and only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our short stay, but plan to return !!! Keith was exceptional, he answered all questions timely and even reached out to ensure we were satisfied upon our arrival !! Great place to stay !!

The property was nicely appointed with an updated interior. The kitchen had everything we needed for the entire stay. The owners even checked to make sure we had everything we needed after checkin. The proximity to the beach was the reason for our renting the condo, but the condo would be our reason for returning to the condo's complex. We will definitely be repeat customers if we return to the area.

Great Accomodations!

This was our first trip to Sanibel, and it was wonderful! The unit was decorated beautifully, clean and incredibly well equipped in the kitchen. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and umbrella were provided as well! The property is in a great location, and in close proximity to the island activities while also being far enough away to experience some serenity. We couldn’t have asked for better rental experience!

Beautifully decorated and clean. Easy access from elevator. Even beach chairs and toys. Owner is accessible if needed which we did not need. Lovely view. We kept migrating between the pool and the beach. Easy access to both. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Two weeks of fun days and comfortable nights

The condo was great. Everything was clean and newly updated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. Our small grandchildren visited us, and they appreciated the beach toys in the lanai.The grounds were under construction and thus, off limits. But the pool opened up on the last day we were there, and I was happy to swim around in it for an hour.We will definitely plan on returning in the future.

I cannot even begin to say enough good about this property!! We have never felt like we wanted to come back to the same place over and over again… until now. Keith is absolutely top notch to deal with and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. He is very prompt in responding and a great resource for information about the area. His wife even put together a list of recommended restaurants for us!! The condo was even better than the photos on the listing… from a welcome gift to beach chairs, bug spray (which is a MUST), and beautiful decor… it was everything we hoped for our honeymoon to be!! If you have not been to Sanibel, you need to experience it!! We had always wanted to go there and we are so thankful we finally did! The shelling is absolutely out of this world, and the pool/hot tub/beach/gulf is just a hop skip and a jump away, with truly amazing views of all of the above from the master bedroom and private lanai. We loved it so much we decided to purchase one of the other condos!! And even then, knowing we would be renters as well, Keith was so helpful and knowledgeable and is a pleasure to talk to. You are looking at an amazing opportunity to stay in this unit!!

Wonderful condo and location! Second stay at this rental!

My dad, daughter, and I rented this condo for the second year in a row. Everything was just as wonderful as before! The condo was fully stocked for our needs! My daughter loved doing activities with Mandy and playing in the pool. It is an easy walk or drive to restaurants and grocery as well! Will book here again next trip to Sanibel!

We have been rented this particular condo a few different times and have always had a good experience. We love the view from the balcony. My husband and I started coming here with our daughter when she was little and now she is grown and still comes here.

Very nice condo along beach in Sanibel

Condo complex pool, hot tub and gas grill stations were not up and working despite claims to be functioning amenities on advertised listing. Likewise, picture of the grounds was clearly taken pre hurricane -- and not representative of current construction site it honestly is. Overall, unit itself is beautiful and newly remodeled, location is great -- when amenities do get rebuilt, they will be very nice -- just need to make sure other guests are aware they are not presently available.

Great condo in great location

My husband and I have stayed at Pointe Santo many times over the years and consider it the best property in the best location on Sanibel Island. D33 is well cared-for, has a good view of the lagoon and the ocean, and is in a convenient location in the center of the island. It is close to Baileys for groceries and to Doc Ford's and Cip's Place, our favorite restaurants. This condo is clean, has comfortable beds, and good kitchen cooking equipment. The owner is proactive to provide what is needed for a good rental experience.

Well maintained apartment in an excellent location and to some extent that sums the matter up. The design of the apartments overlooking a lake and the beach is excellent . The grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartments are in a good location for local shops etc. The communication with the owner before arrival was excellent and it's really difficult to find fault with this apartment and the holiday

My husband and I stayed here in Sanibel for our honeymoon and had an absolute blast! The unit was clean and well kept which provided a great island retreat! We loved that the unit provided beach towels and chairs as we did not want to pack those in our bags! It was awesome having close access to the beach and pool! The island has lots to offer but most importantly, peace and relaxation. I highly recommend Pointe Santo! Thank you for having us and for sharing your place, we appreciate it!

Lanai, sunsets and beach walks!

Keuth’s Condo is in a perfect location. We rented bikes and hardly used the car when we were staying in Sanibel but drove to Captiva. The condo is comfortable and spacious. Bring salt, pepper and basics for cooking. Also shampoo and conditioner. We will be back as we love, love, love the island!!!! Keith is great about responding and is a kind host.

Margie and I have vacationed at many beaches since we were first married. As our family grew we began to look for a wholesome and natural environment to enjoy with the children. We were also looking for a place that offered rest away from traffic and noise, but enough activity to have plenty of fun. It wasn't long until we found Sanibel. The island is a place with everything or nothing to do. It's your choice.

After renting for seven years we decided to take the plunge and buy a place of our own. Our primary goal was to deliver quality that replicated a fine hotel. In addition, we wanted to offer a value that would encourage our guests to return year after year.

Twenty five years later we are still sticking to our original charter. We are certain if you stay at our Island Retreat once you will be back!

We have chosen Sanibel Island as our home away from home because of it's casual elegance, and year round appeal. In the winter the weather is warm and mild. In the summer the tropical breezes, occasional afternoon showers, and warm gulf waters soothes your soul. Spring and Fall are the best kept secret. Low rates, small crowds and some of the most pleasant weather helps you relax, enjoy, and maybe stay two weeks rather than just one.
