Providing 2 spacious bedrooms (beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin) and 2 full bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa, the condo can easily sleep 7 people. The full kitchen and dining area will make you feel right at home. Relax and enjoy the beauty and serenity of Sanibel Island from the screened lanai with its panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

On a white sandy beach, Pointe Santo de Sanibel is an ideal vacation spot for the entire family. The lush tropical landscaping lends itself to a peaceful and restful escape. With pool, tennis courts, hot tub, clubhouse, children's programs there are many things to do and also the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Centrally located on Sanibel Island, Pointe Santo de Sanibel is very convenient to restaurants, bike paths, boat rentals, golf courses, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and wildlife preserves.

Fantastic oceanfront condo! New furnishings and decor. Fully stocked kitchen appliances, utensils, cooking equipment, etc. Beds are very comfortable, including the sofa sleeper. Beach towels are provided by the leasing company. Owner’s closet has several beach chairs, umbrellas, shell scoopers. Would 100% stay here again! The only minor annoyance was hearing upstairs neighbors walking around late at night.

The host was very pleasant and replied promptly. The condo was very nice except for a spot in the floor where the vinyl plank was cracked. The beds were very comfortable and the condo is nicely decorated. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided which was a nice extra. It would be nice to be provided a few extra trash bags and dishwasher pods so these things wouldn’t have to be purchased.

The condo was exactly as described and the location couldn’t be beat. We appreciated the owners’ closet having chairs and umbrellas available for use. The pool and beach were steps from the condo and we didn’t even mind the slight construction noise. We loved it!

The condo was beautiful, from the furnishings to the views. Even a nice assortment of beach equipment was provided. The owner was honest and offered information about the current status of the complex. Also offered suggestions on places to eat. Can't say enough about how easy it was to communicate with the owner.

Beautiful View of the Gulf

We enjoyed our stay! The decor is very nice, new and relaxing. The kitchen, mainly the cabinets, smelled very musty so we decided not to cook much, but it is well stocked with everything you need. There is a lot of construction, but the condo faces the Gulf and the view is beautiful. Several outside pictures in the listing are not current and do not show the amount of construction by the pool area, but it is so nice to see Pointe Santo rebuilding. We were so happy to be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much! The updates and furnishings throughout condo are excellent. Eric and VIP renals were outstanding! We would definitely recommend this condo and Sanibel as a MUST! Beds were comforatabl​e, linens and towels were nice. Kitchen h​ad all the things we needed and we cooked every meal in the condo! My wife and I along with our friends had a very enjoyable stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and the balcony view was enjoyable. The balcony was well stocked with beach chairs. The campus was attractive and well cared for along with a table by the beach to identify the shells we collected. Kitchen was well stocked and and more then met our needs.

Great condo & beachfront

Great week long stay. Great location and beachfront. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. We didn't try the other ones. Opportunities for improvement: kitchen could use things like a pizza pan and pizza cutter. The sharp knives were rusty. Would be nice if basic things like salt and pepper were available. The dryer wasn't working properly and the dishwasher had no power. We didn't bother during the stay to deal with it and let the property manager know upon checkout. The master bathroom sink water (left side) smells badly of mold/mildew when you turn it on. There was some dust in certain areas (bathrooms) and kitchen mits had fresh food spots on them from previous guest. The place was clean overall, but it may be time for a deep clean. Check-in was confusing. Maybe I missed an email with the instructions. But we didn't know we were supposed to go to an offsite office and pickup check in packet.

Our management company followed up on the dryer and dishwasher and we will get a pizza pan, pizza cutter and steak knives replaced. I will see what we can do about the salt and pepper, many guests don't like to condiments that have been used by other guests so we will have to look at a disposable product. Simply wonderful

We stayed for the week of September 17-24, 2022. The condo was clean and well cared for, except for some repairs that need to be made to the kitchen faucet but it did not hinder our enjoyment of the unit. We loved Pointe Santo, all the birds and wildlife, the beach, the staff at Pointe Santo and VIP Rentals., and all the great places to eat and shop. We will come back.
